Hopefully we don't see any of those Pinellas because that would mean we would probably lose which we shouldn't with Lilly on the mound.

Weather Forecast:
Partly cloudy, with a high near 55. North wind between 10 and 15 mph.

It's warming up

North wind means blowing out?

Former Cubs manager Don Zimmerman used to call the ballpark "Wrigley Field I" and "Wrigley Field II", depending on which way the breeze was blowing off Lake Michigan. If it's from the west or southwest, you want a seat in the bleachers because balls will usually be flying out of the ballpark. If the wind is from the east or northeast, bring a jacket. April, May, and September can be significantly colder because of gusts off the water.

East is blowing out.

For now it just means I don't have to watch it on my laptop.

Finally getting DirecTV next weekend, or deciding if I'm going to stay with Comcast now that the MLB package is in fact available.

Floyd is better than Murton.. I don't know why JJ isn't sitting some of these games though.

Murton should be in right and Jones traded.
Lou doesn't like Matt like Dusty did.

Jones over Murton is not a choice I'd be making at this point.

Jones did not deserve to wear #42 today.

That was a pathetic loss today. How do you get shutout by Kyle Lohse? And how do you blow a 1st and 3rd with no outs and fail to score a run? All Jones had to do was make contact. Hell, a DP ball would've scored a run. Lee followed that up with a pretty bad AB as well, so I'm not giving him a free pass either. Just a pathetic all-around game today. Lilly did not deserve to take the loss.
