Seeing the ball would be worth huge money, I'd sell it to whoever wanted to pay me the most money. Then I'd use my new fame to rip Bonds topieces for being the miserable cheater he really is. The end result for me would be Money+ripping Bonds. I'd find it even moreso hilarious if whoever brought the ball burned it or something fun like that!

Quite a lot of hate for a person that may have cheated (even if it is proven) in a game. Wow. People act like he is Hitler.

I'd sell it like any other normal person would. Saying anything else would just be foolish.

Sell it to the highest bidder who plans on destroying it. Or actually, just the highest bidder. Being picky would be ridiculous when you're talking about money.

Maybe take a dump on it, then sell it to Barry.

Think about the fight that will persue to get that ball. People will be wrestling all over each other for it. Once someone grabs it, they better have security all around that person..

How could the buyer tell that the ball hadn't been switched? I mean, couldn't you just send a friend to buy a foul ball from someone who caught one during that same game and swap them out. It'd be exactly the same, it'd even have a bat mark.

I am sure when Bonds is batting MLB gives the umpires special balls that have something like 756 on it so you would know.
I think they do this for most milestones.

Bonds just hit one of those three-run homers.

MVP.

ok so since they do that lets say before he hits the homerun he fouls a few of the "756" ones off. people would have their hands on it

No, they only use the ball on the pitch he hits 756.

Also, a ticket stub should be proof enough I think. If you have a ticket and the ball what more should be necessary?

That said, I hope he hits it onto a nearby freeway into a car and the driver never realizes it.

I hope it hits McCovey Cove and, instead of floating, sinks to the bottom of the ocean floor and lays there in the bottom of the ocean as they play "My Heart Will Go On" by Celine Dion.
