VERSUS

When: 11/13 @ 1pm
Where: Sun Life Stadium

Can Beck get a win and start to build some confidence?
How much will new WR David Anderson play?
Do we let Miami win their second in a row to help our own draft position?

Post your predictions and thoughts on the game here!

I definitely see the Skins winning this one. Miami got their "anomaly win" last Sunday against KC. Lightning usually doesn't strike twice. Also, another win by the Dolphins puts us right behind them in the Luck/Barkley sweepstakes. They can't afford that.

I also think that John Beck is due for a breakout game. He was solid against Caroline IMO, but went to extremes in the next two games to try to execute the coaches game plan. I think this is the week he puts it together. I'm also seeing Hankerson getting his first TD.

Go Skins!

Well since Rex split snaps with him this week, he really has no choice.

He has to let it go out there. Time to find some swag.

What's kind of crazy is this. Don't you remember the preseason when he would come in and the first play they would launch it down field ? Where is that Beck?

One thing about this offense with so many young players, they have lots of upside and could put it together at any moment. Because what they most lack is confidence and rhythm.

Davis, Hankerson, Hulu, Gaffney, Armstrong, Choice, Torain

That is more then enough weapons. I wold say you are right. Hankerson really needs to step it up. That would help the most. They need another reliable play maker target.

Wow,

Rex is starting.

Didnt see what one coming. I figured Beck had a short leash but no this

Why when they win the coin flip dont they go D first when the offense is struggling so bad.

I would have no problem with them trading Laron Landry.

Dude is just not nearly as good as advertised and he is to much of a show boat.

Wonder what they could get for him.

Grossman was definitely better than Beck, and the offense still only scored 9 points. The defense tried, especially Kerrigan and Perry Riley. But the offense is putrid. At least we got something from Hankerson and we're also a step closer to a higher draft pick.

Re: Landry - He's gonna be up for a new deal in the offseason. I'd be fine with them just letting him walk rather than overpaying. Assuming he's restricted, we'd still get some kind of compensation (unless that got significantly changed in the new CBA).

Riley did look like he was a beast out there.

I guess that is all they can do at this point. Keep looking for players who can stick around. Eventually they will reach critical mass and they will start playing better.

Kerrigan plays really well and he is just a rookie.
Now if they have something in Riley, then they are one step closer when you add Brian O

The front 7 look pretty solid.

I just can't believe they let go of Rogers and now he has like 4 INT already. He made a really tough INT today. Shame. Seems there entire defensive backfield needs rebuilt.

They are finding some young new pieces. Finally, it looks like one of the drafted WR is going to work out. That is a first in a long long time. If they had Moss, Hankerson and Gafney all healthy at the same time, that would be pretty solid. Then maybe Fred could get open again.

If they can get healthy, I think they will look better as the year progresses.

Hank looks like a player, but we still need a receiver, and of course we need a quarterback. Were probably one of 3 teams in the entire league where QB is the most pressing need.
Bickerstaff: who's up for kickball?!!
Ed Wood: Only if it's the no-pants variety.

Then we are due and there will be less competition in the draft.

And of course the only guy on offense to do anything is now out for the season.

That was painful to learn. I wish they would get Armstrong in there. Rex can throw it long and Armstrong was a balln last year.

But imagine them next year with a new drafted QB and all these players healthy.

At least they get a chance to try out a lot of player. Before the lost Hankerson, he looked like a keeper and Riley was balln. Then they get back J. Jenkins DT

So Choice says he is playing in Dallas.
Not sure why they didnt start Hulu again. That was kind of strange.

Anyway, I heard Moss will not be ready. Well, I read it.
