Doesn't San Diego also run a 3-4, the reason for this whole Haynesworth issue?

Hey guys, I'm a relatively new Redskins fan so I don't know much about the team, other than some player profiles I have read. From everything I know about the team so far, Haynesworth is a pretty good player for us. Why do you guys want to trade him?

We don't want to trade him. He wants to be traded because he feels that the 3-4 won't help him show off his talents, even though Haslett and others have said Haynesworth will be moved around.

Ed Wood: Only if it's the no-pants variety.

What position(s) have we been using him at in this 3-4 system? Is there any chance that we convert to a 4-3 which, I assume, would make him happy?

Haynesworth will probably play both nose tackle and end. They have added a couple true Nose Tackles, so that allows him to play on the end. Ideally he would play end on running downs and nose tackle on passing downs. He might be unhappy with it because he won't get many chances to get sacks, but I think that is the best use of him from the Skins point of view.

Fair enough. Thanks for the reply.

EDIT - As I said, I'm a pretty new fan, so this may be obvious but what would the point or reason be for playing him in one position for the pass and another for the run?

God Albert is a huge DBag.

I'm so tired of his crap. What a baby psyco.

Personality matter as much or more than talent. This guy should have never been signed. Didnt anyone do their homework ?
