Shawn Springs and Sean Taylor not at OTA's

Post#1 » by Rafael122 » Tue May 8, 2007 10:38 pm

Interesting. Most notable players missing from organized team activities.

Comcast Sportsnet says Taylor might be looking for a new deal depending on what Landry gets, and Springs is in limbo.

I expected Springs to miss. I'm p*ssed about Taylor but I probably should have expected it particularly if Landry gets more $$.

in either case, landry will get more money than taylor. iirc, taylor signed a very modest rookie deal. he has most definetly earned his extension tho, just friggin pay the man.

I'd wait 1 more year to see how this season is and then give him an extension. The sign of a good management is if they keep their own players. They need to extend Cooley first, then Taylor.
