The hits keep on coming. I'd probably rule him out for the first half of next season.

This team will have to definitely acquire at least one LB in Day 1 of the draft, probably a guy like Shawn Crable.

This also probably means the team will try to keep Marcus for at least one more year and it puts Griff more on the chopping block than Marcus

You might be onto something with Griffin. Apparently he was benched in the 2nd half, according to JLC. With Montgomery approaching beast status and Golston becoming a solid player, Griffin definetly becomes expendable because of his salary.
