10 Day Contract

Post#1 » by LADUANE » Sun Jan 20, 2008 1:26 am

I can bet that Webber would never sign a 10 day contract with the Lakers. I hope this cast off from the Warriors does sign a 10 day deal, then maybe a second 10 day deal. That way we can see how much of a stiff he is or is not. A 7 footer that averages 1 point and 1 rebound a game. Please do not tell me that there is not one player in the NBDL that is not playing and could come up for some kind of backup to the backups for a little relief. What about the Lakers NBDL team. Is there not one 7 footer stocked away on that team for some insurance.

If its Webber we should offer him a contract for the rest of the year. If its DJ it better be a 10 day. If he doesn't work we can start looking for another.

All we need is a big player who can make open layups. We don't expect a difference maker. If these guys can't make a layup, then get the hell outa here, Kwame!

Start Turiaf? Why so he can foul out in the first 3 minutes?

Man, phil burned our bridge with Webber. Now we gotta look at some stiffs to get for 10 day contracts. :banghead: :nonono: [/img]

I really hate when he does that at times. You know, this is how Posey ended up in Boston; when Riley criticized Posey's alleged one-dimensional play. Look at where they are now. I say we go after him anyways. He can't hurt us more than Kwame already has...
