Bynum jumped to grab a rebound and fell on Odom's foot twisting his knee and ankle, collapsed in pain grabbing his knee and was carried off the floor. X-ray shows no breaks and MRI scheduled tomorrow. Hopefully its not bad. Could be a tear. Here's hoping he's okay.

For all the people who think that Kobe makes everything so easy for Bynum, I hope they realize you have to have a guy that can take advantage of it. The Lakers are not the same without Bynum period end of story. Without Bynum the offense and defense was terrible. I hope he gets healthy fast because the Lakers need him badly.

Ugly win.
Hopefully we hear some good news about Bynum. That looked pretty bad. I think we'll do "OK" without Bynum, but we're definitely not nearly as good without him.
Kwame needs to step up and earn his salary. His offense looks like complete garbage right now. I expect us to win tomorrow against Seattle, but that Phoenix game isn't looking too good. That really sucks because I was looking forward to seeing what Bynum would do to Amare this time around.

Lakers are an average team without Bynum. Sure we got some solid bench players but we have no offensive presence in the post that frees up the other players to score.
Fish showed his veteran leadership and experience tonight. Kobe saw his shot wasn't hitting and went to the whole. Kwame had a frustrating and ugly offensive game but was okay on defense.
Lakers really need Bynum back at least for the playoffs. Lakers could go back to the 7th-8th seed.

He got hit in the face, but he still should have finished it. He was overacting with the whole eye-thing.
People just need to step up. Guys like Odom who's been averaging like 12 points a game needs to turn it up. Turiaf will get more of an opportunity, and that's good news.
As long as we make the playoffs, and Bynum 's available and playing well by then, it's all good.

Actually he did get hit in the face by Gay. Having said that, he deserves no excuse for blowing an open dunk when you don't get fouled harder than that.
