Who’d have thought josh hart would be raking in a bigger extension than Lonzo and D’Lo?

I would’ve. Makes perfect sense. I’d pick Hart over both of them in a flash, pay him more and extend him longer. He plays hard on BOTH sides of the ball (D Lo) and he doesn’t break down (Lonzo). Easy math.
NBA titles since the merger: LAL 11, CHI 6, SAS 5, BOS 5, GSW 4.

I mean, you saw D'lo. 4 teams in 5 seasons.

Lonzo signed a bigger deal 2 years ago. But, more importantly, Hart is a switchable wing [1-3, some 4's] who is a great ball mover offensively and rebounder defensively.

Yeah, all three were our picks. Lonzo and D’Lo were #2 picks and billed as franchise saviors while hart was late 1st round.

Reaves and Ingram are the 2 I see as the best picks magic and pelinka have made. Ingram is the dude I thought he would be. And Reaves has exceeded all expectations and then some

I agree. I still can’t stand seeing Ingram in pelican gear.

My list would be 1) Ingram 2) Reaves 3) Kuzma 4) Hart 5) Randle

Whiffs: Lonzo, D Lo, Svi, Wagner
NBA titles since the merger: LAL 11, CHI 6, SAS 5, BOS 5, GSW 4.

Was Ingram drafted by Pelinka or under the previous regime?

Also Kuzma, Hart and Randle may be all before Pelinka.

Reaves was a UDFA?

I might have missed who Pelinka drafted vs who was drafted before he came aboard, but yeah, Zubac plays both ends, always liked his potential.

James Harden and Daryl Morey are two of the most overrated figures I can remember in the history of the NBA .

But there are a lot of GMs around the league from the Morey tree and he's one of the leading guys of the whole analytics movement.

I don't think any team with an analytics GM has won a title though.

When two professionals argue like they do, it’s usually because one or both fall short of being a professional. I don’t know the situation very well but it seems both are egomaniacs.

DLo's last 4 teams basically let him walk without any compensation whatsoever, which is a huge statement in itself.

Warriors have won 4 of the last 9. Milwaukee & Denver are huge on analytics as well. This stuff isn't usually made too public.

Meanwhile Clippers have the biggest analytics team in the League & Lakers have the smallest(1 person).

Isn't the draft primarily run by Jesse & Joey, not Rob or Magic?

Correct--and it doesn't mean a team with LeBron and AD can't benefit from having Dlo. He is paid what he is worth--4th starter money.
