I'll post this here; it's from the nba site, but without all the gleague, training camp etc clutter and all, hope this helps as it does help me a lot as I get confused with all the schedules and deadlines throughout the season...
(Not sure what this new in-season tournament and championship is all about, and how that affects regular games played overall, how this will be handled, and how the championship will be looked upon, but I left it in there below)

April 14: NBA Regular Season ends
April 15: NBA Rosters set for NBA Playoffs 2024 (3 p.m. ET)

May 12: NBA Draft Lottery Day 2024

June 6: NBA Finals 2024 Game 1 (START OF NBA CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS)

After a relatively horrid first 2/3, heading into the all star break w good rest for the key players I do expect us to get into second gear finally and make a run for at least the play-in.
