Best option is to trade LeBron to keep Curry, clay and Dray happy

LeBron for kuminga, Brandon, CP3 (fat non-guaranteed contract, which is excellent for trading or waving) and a Frp or two... with Two second round picks... please!

We're the better team and again we just shot ourselves in the foot.

Please do us a favor and one of these Dallas, clippers, okc, or Minnesota please wipe out this miserable mcnugget team off the face of this planet.

This is a tall order, as Lebron controls his destiny. But there is some hope here, in that I think Lebron and Curry would love to play together. I also think that Lebron could prob be convinced that the 45min flight from SF to LA would be tolerable, and he could stay in LA. We would have to sign/trade Lebron though (or he could opt in...which I doubt) and he's gonna want near $60mil. We'd have to take back more in salary than what you put down. If We were lucky, maybe we add Payton Jr to that contract. But I think GS would prob like us to take CP3 (30mil) and Wiggins (26-ish mill). That Wiggins contract would be for 3years (if he takes his option).

But you know....we'd be in rebuild. I could deal with Wiggins for 3 years. And that would prob make our pick-count a little more favorable. Would GS give us this years pick (a decent one) and another first, AND one of their young players...if we gave them Lebron, and took Wiggins and CP3?? I could see that deal getting done.

Man...if we landed 2 FRP for Lebron, and then moved AD (I think we could get 3FRP easy....prob a 4th if we took a bad contract or two back) we'd really be sitting pretty on a rebuild. BUT....I would like to see us get a new GM. I got no faith is this front office.

Either you hate Lebron to remain with the Lakers or you are overrating his abilites in helping the Warriors win another ring? Adding James with Curry and the old and limited Klay and Green are not necessarily contenders, actually less impactful than Steph joining the Lakers with AD and James.

Shams just confirmed Lakers will Draft Bronny with the 17th pick if Pelicans decide to defer the pick swap until 2025

Woah, you’ll rather see the Clippers win than Denver?
Have you actually rabid Clippers fans?
Ugh, the look of the smug faces of PG AND Harden whenever they win.

curry and dray are dieing for LeBron to join them. I don't think they'll win... but curry wants help and they believe LeBron is the answer

we could definitely ask for kuminga, brandin, and CP3 for LeBron... I believe we'd be better

we can flip cp3's non garunteed contract to phx for immediate cap relief.... CP3, vando and Frp for KD....

if that doesn't work...Cp3 and cwood for Claxton, Schroeder, Thad.... they get rid of Schroeder contract by immediately waiving cp3.

reaves/kuminga/KD/AD/Claxton
Schroeder/Lonnie/Brandon/thad

If Curry really wants help, he needs to demand a trade and go to the Lakers. :D :)

With coaching and timeouts used wisely we could’ve won this game.

Buh-bye, Darvin! Thanks for the defense. This was a hard fought series. Our guys played well.

Denver is beat up.

Minnesota-Orlando would be a fun finals to watch. Both teams plays stellar defense.
NBA titles since the merger: LAL 11, CHI 6, SAS 5, BOS 5, GSW 4.

the plan to beat denver was very obvious, drive and shoot from 0-3 and 3-10 48 minutes vs jokic without being able to contest anything with his slowly movement between davis and ball handler..
dlo with 80% making circus shot with hands in his face instead it, hachimura missing layups...4-1

Darvin HAMs late game tactics have cost us. We may have lost this series either way, but no freaking way we Lose 8 out of 9. NO FREAKIN WAY. Ham tactically should have gotten us a few more, making 2 good solid series and challenged the nuggets with more

Last time we beat Denver on a consistent basis we had a couple of real centers that beat up the joker. Wish we had someone like DHo to make his life difficult. That’s the only way to beat Denver.

You need a Jamal Murray type for the Lakers
AD and LeBron did more than good enough on Jokic

Murray and Porter were the real killers

Yeah I remember in the bubble, Howard was running right alongside Jokic, right in his face, talking all the way down to the other end of the court.

AD doesn't want to bang against centers. He wants to roam and block shots.

When he was with NO, he said he saw his game like KD's.

It was all over the map. Porter nailed his 3's. That was large part of his night. Jokic had 25points, 20 rebounds, and 9assists...in an efficient +50% shooting. Im not sure AD and Lebron did "more than good enough" on him. Going 1-5 from 3 was all that kept him from having another all-time epic game.

But we missed 9 freethrows (clearly Ham's fault) going 66% to their missing just 1 freethrow. I mean...we had 27 freethrows to their 9. Either the refs tried to help us, or Ham had schemes getting us to the charity stripe that worked well. Not his fault we were missing them (just floating that). We were 10-35 from the 3.....they were 16-36. There's 18 points right there.

We won the turnover game. The rebounding game (even with Jokic's 20 boards). Had more assists. Way more freethrows. I dunno that Ham got "massively out-coached" here. Make your damn freethrows. If guys like Russell wouldn't go 2-10 from the 3.... <---but he's a choke artist, isn't he?? We all know that. Why we putting this on Ham??

But it's the same old story in the end...the Nugget's close it out when it matters....we don't. It's what a better team does. Watched us do it time and time again in the better days. Dude's like Fisher drilling 3's to tie the game..to tie the over-time. How many clutch Kobe shots? Guy's like Horry. Look at how we crawled back in the 4th quarter against that incredible Celtics team. It's the product of a more talent roster. The cream floats to the top. We hung out mid-tier pretty much the entire season. Not a mystery to me.

Hey....if we can land a good center, or if the Lakers can trade picks to get someone who's actually legit good (not "used to be good", or any of that crap) maybe there's a ray of sun for this team. But baring that....we're just not good enough. Coaches...couple of role-player moves....that ain't gonna do it. There are about 6 teams out there that are more than just a step above us. If we cant get real, legit help....then let's start over.

Don't look now......but that Thunder squad swept their opponent, and are still in this thing. What fun it must be to see the future looking bright, eh? Oodles of talented youth....already much better than we are, but going UP UP UP...while we're sliding down, down, down. <-------- but we wanna can the coach, grab Bronny, and try this again?!?! Sounds like insanity to me.

Not arguing with the point. Howard did great against him. We could really use even a decent center. But let's acknowledge that Joker has really come into his own since those days. I'm not sure that Howard fairs so well if he faced this current guy. This Nugget team finds a way. Don't look at the 2points from last night. Look at the 12-13 wins they have. It's a habit at this point.

A real Center would go a long way, though. Howard was great that year. I liked that team alot
