Kno,

The league is ready to go. I went thru yahoo. I did it to the specs you suggested. I assumed you wanted H2H, if not I can change it to Points or Roto. I set it to league votes, which goes with he majority, but commish can always approve and veto trades. Anything can be reversed, so a Mark Madsen for Yao will never happen.

I set the draft for the second week of October the 11, Saturday @ 9AM Pacific Time. I'll let you handle the invites, unless you want your assitant Phil 2.0 to handle it ;). I can handle that if you want, but some of the GM's I don't recognize in this particular thread. Contact me by email and I'll send you the info, or let me know where I should email you either way. I can also send the 20 GM's an official yahoo league invites to their email once we have the 20.

My email is *edited. Ill PM it to Phil* I'd like to suggest that if GM's sign up and can't attend the draft LIVE that they are replaced with an alternate GM that we'd have a few available if there are no shows. They can easily be removed and an alternate signed up as their replacement. It stinks if GM's aren't LIVE, that's the whole point. Secondly that they are ACTIVE, first, last, and always.

What about doing a 1 day trade reject time? Commish should be able to clear lopsided deals in that time, and helps get things done a bit more quickly.

Well, I don't think I'd be having enough free time with my graduation coming up so I'll watch from the sidelines this season.

One piece of advice: Don't pick Melo in the first round.

Yeah you have to wait a few days tkb, but 2 is usually the standard. Work it out with Kno. I'll do whatever you guys decide. Phil, Kno email me so I can send you the info.

Id be fine with that if the league was active. Last year that wasnt really the case, as it went down to the last minute for some trades to be rejected and whatnot. If we had a 1-day trade reject time Squirrel Boy trading Kobe and Chris Paul for Smush Parker and Travis Diener (not the actual players, but similar lol) just because he wasnt gonna win wouldve completely **** the whole league last year./

If you think everyone will actually be active this time then go for it.

tkb I think 2 days is fine with all due respect man. I was going to change it, but the whole reason it's there is so there are a few days for fellow GM's to login and stay informed of the daily league news. I've been in a ton of these leagues, and I think 2 days is best for the group as a whole. An extra day isn't going to affect your stats enough to change your postseason chances, and it gives the brethren time to check in to the site.

Verbal I'm sure you'll be fine. 8021 posts was the cut off, we'll let the 1 post slide ;) totally kidding.

I think most important is that anyone who joins is required to be LIVE at the draft, and stay active throughout the season. Being active is always a huge issue, everyone says they will be, but rare is the case that it works out that way.

For the scoring he brings, he sucked in pretty much all the other categories last season and even his scoring average dipped quite a bit.

So who's handling the invites, Kno or Dub? Please send me an invite: kbjrdn@yahoo.com

Since the PMs aren't working, I've sent an email to the RealGM Laker mods email.

I can make the live draft, and I promise to stay active the entire season. I'd prefer roto, but h2h is good too. Maybe we should start a new official thread with a list of who is in the league so far.

Aight I dunno if PMs are working or not, but try to PM me if interested.

Id be best if the league consisted of people who are active on here, so that way we can have a bit of security as far as activity goes. Worst thing that can happen is people being inactive.

So I guess this is the list of people that are interested so far:

• Kobe>Jordan>God
• dcash
• hermes
• tkb
• Squirrel
• DoctaJ (please be active unlike last year. You had a ton of players I wanted to trade for lol)
• amb1ent
• Scandalouzzzz
• verb? (Im not sure after your "sounds very time consuming" comment and the fact that this is a daily thing.)
• Duba
• Kno

I'm sure Phil 2.0 wants in...

I sent an invite to Hermes and Docta thru the site, I had their emails from earlier contact.
