I wonder if Kobe's career would be extended if he didn't do all that training. If he were a smart guy, he'd spend every second off the court doing tai chi in a mobile water tank.

What an incredible routine! He is amazing. His focus on getting better and better even at this stage in his career is mind boggling. I think this will improve his longevity not only in basketball but in his overall health and well being. I wish that routine would rub off on the other Lakers.
