That's better than anything I would post.

I think Keith Jones said it best...that was surgical

That was awesome. I'm rooting for Chicago ultimately(Original 6 Finals) but I wanna see this series extended. Hopefully LA carries the momentum into overtime.

LA really f***ed up on that final goal. Letting up a 2 on 1 rush with Toews and Kane? Way to hang Quick out to dry.

Got the matchup I wanted, though. Not too upset the series ended so quickly.

Not liking this 4 day layoff until the next game. Then it's another 2 days until game 2. I find it odd that the NHL would be stupid enough to schedule the conference finals in a way that if both series had gone to game 7s, the game 7s would be on the SAME day, and only 1 hour apart from each other. Is the NHL trying to compete against itself in the ratings department?

Let's face it, the real winner here?

NBC. This should be ratings gold for them.

Also, I was bitching about the long layoffs earlier, but I take it back. Holy smokes, 112:08 of ice time. Jeez.

Crawford had some of the best saves I've seen in a long time from OT to finish. I mean you think his eyes would be getting weary and his back getting tight (reference?) but he kept on making quick move after quick move. Was beautiful.

I'm pissed at the L considering I was in my car coming home when I thought the game was over when bergy put in the third goal. B's really sucked **** in that third period.

OT on was all heart both sides, credit to the Blackhawks for sneaking one past.

Can game 2 be like 4-1 in favor of whoever, I really don't care, no more overtimes please!!

Just looked at the TOI for players, my eyes are bleeding. Keith 48 min, Chara 45, Ference 45, Boychuk 42. 2 games worth of TOI. Damn.

Rask 59/63
Crawford 51/54

This game would've been over with a vastly different result if Dauvagins would've just tapped his stick forward instead of trying to make a move when there was a wide open net.

I thought for sure the Bruins would win that thing in OT (one of them). Despite the fact the Blackhawks had more SOG, the Bruins clearly had the better chances and possessions. Lucic-Krejci-Horton/Seguin were doing a number on pretty much every shift. They made Hjalmarsson and Oduya look brutal most of the night.

It was gonna have to be a break or bounce for the Hawks to win, and Shaw's knee did the trick. Not to mention two power plays, a post and whatever the hell that was from Daugavins in the third OT.

 yeah. What a dinkus.

Talk about vastly, it woulda been over an hour ago if Shawn Thornton knew how to lift the puck. I love the guy but lawd thats the second time these Playoffs hes had a goalie down and he cant get it up. Campbell with a broken leg could shoot a better puck.
