So 2 questions I'd love your take on. One is pertinent and one is just for my curiosity.

1. How much do you believe in Wemby? Do you think he's a top 10? 20? player by next year?
2. Do you wish Dallas hadn't traded for KP, and tried to be bad at least one more year with Luka keeping that pick they owed Atlanta(and the picks they gave to NY)? If I recall right, Dallas would have had a bunch of cap space to work with that summer as well, right?

So. I believe in Wemby. And think he could be top 20 player next year. His stats will be top 10 at least, impact on game is still pending.

But I wouldn’t compare it to Dallas honestly?

If the first Dallas traded to Atlanta was top 8 or 10 protected, I’d imagine maybe Barnes is traded earlier and a little stronger lean into the bottom happens?

If Atlanta wouldn’t budge on the top 5 pick as I think they held strong on that, you can’t try to be a bottom 5 team from the start. And you don’t lose out on Luka due to the protections of a pick if you’re sure Luka is going to be a superstar..

But, once Luka showed you have to really try to be below 500 with him, the KP trade was a good bet that didn’t work out..

Victor hasn’t shown that, so would be patient.

How do we feel about...

Trae, WCJ and Cole Anthony to NOP

Ingram (extended) 2025 Unprotected Lakers First Round Draft Pick, 2025 Unprotected Pelicans First Round Draft Pick and 2027 Unprotected Bucks First Round Draft Pick to ATL

McCollum to ORL

Kind of rebalances everyone nicely IMO

If Houston offered FVV, Green and 3 for Trae...

1. Would you need anything added?
2. Who would you take at 3?
3. Would you prefer to send FVV to a third team?

I think Green/Murray is a nice back-court especially if you draft Sarr at 1 and another defensive piece at 3?

I am not a fan of FVV or Green, so I feel that a substantial amount would need to be added.

Not bad my friend not bad at all i could get behind that team not sure how realistic it is and how other fans might think on each team. But i don't hate it on my end.

The Nets seem like a great fit with defensive wings and bigs. Simmons + Cam Thomas + 3 Suns 1st + Philly 1st for Trae

Trae/Mikal/DFS/Cam Johnson/Claxton with some cap space in 2025.

Hawks get a bunch of valuable firsts which they can attach to Hunter/Bogdan/Capela to upgrade the roster if they want.
