Honestly, I feel like a lot of the issue we're talking about go away when Jimmy decides to re-establish himself. This team starts and ends with him, and will go as far as he takes us. He needs to start to pick it up, perhaps earlier than he has in years past. This team needs him to go alpha and pull everyone in line with him.

Despite every efffot from crap JJJ to help the Heat win they still couldn't, Tyler Herro is getting smoked by G-Leaguers on straight line drives he's not playing any D or simply has no capability of it. The team needs the good JJJ back he's the difference maker.

Yes, the energy was flat from the beginning. There was a point in the game in the second quarter where I was asking myself “who is the leader on this team” because it wasn’t apparent in the play. And people can say you don’t need Jimmy to beat the Grizz..these guys are professionals too, we should know first hand how it is beating up on the eastern conference last year with a bunch of undrafted guys.
