Pretty sure that's a blunt. There's no white plastic filter so it's not a black, and it's to thin to be a cigar.

He made out alright I guess. I am sure he was ordered a drug test and pending on the results a suspension would've been handed. Still, $20k just like that from your first big check definitely hurts.

Plus there's not even the slightest trail of smoke coming from the tip or even in the room.
