If I had to pick between the two, I'd go with Highsmith.

Caleb is a jack-of-all-trades / master-of-none. Very useful player. However, Highsmith is a locksmith specialist and given his size and strength he's better suited to fit alongside Bam and Jimmy at that 4 spot.
