Actually, there very well might be 9 better players than Kobe.

Also, Wade is in the top 30, who care about his placement? He's not in the top 20 either way so who cares?

He’s closer to 15 than he is 30

He's no higher than 25 to be fair.

He's not as good as some of the guys you all think he's better than.

I'd argue he's out of position. He's always been a 4 that roamed on defense to get blocks haha. Guys like Steven Adams who do all the dirty work in the frontcourt makes his life easier

This is a really good read, IMO...he's a lot more (healthy) Jonathan Isaac than a conventional Center.

6’11 245 with a 7’4 wingspan can’t hold down the center position in this weaker 3 point shooting era?

Bams 6’9 250 with a 7’1 wingspan and does great, he really is just built different men tall than these softer guys like JJJ and AD who are either too soft to play center or cry when they have to play center

Just want to point out that Bam is one inch shorter than Jaren Jackson (6'8.75 vs 6'9.75 barefoot) and Bam actually has a 7'2.75" wingspan.

I agree with the premise of your post, just find it weird that Bam always seems to be shrinking around here. For w/e reason Bam consistently gets the short end of the stick with regards to his perception (not from you)

Yup, for whatever reason the Google bot sources an outdated wingspan--unless Bam lost some arm length since getting officially measured at the NBA Draft combine.

They'll never say, and we'll never know, but I wonder how much the original video of him with the welcome to Miami song playing turned off Portland's FO. iirc that was before the request, and I know his agent tried to clean it up but you just never know. Minnesota at least had the gall to ask for our first born in return for Jimmy, Portland by all accounts isn't even negotiating.

Yeah I said the same thing earlier in the offseason. I think that and the general Miami flirting pissed them off a lot. Agent tried to put out the fire but it was too late.

Wood to Lakers, hopefully we can keep 1 of our two young guys now for sure if we ever reach a trade. What a fitting end to this rough thread lol.
