Only way it would make sense if they trade Duncan's salary for him, either directly or with a 3rd team.
It would free up cap space so they could resign him, because he wants to get paid.

Very unlikely though, Raptors probably want to keep him and if he is shopped a lot of teams would be interested.

15-9 38% from 3 on line 4 attempts I believe, 61TS%. Pretty good for a role player.
