Problem is we are not a new team, Spo should have this all figured out by now and we keep on seeing the same disorganized and wacky rotations, i dont even know what to think anymore. In my humble opinion our real problem is defense and that is where all our pain derives. We have too many **** perimeter defenders who get beat off the dribble way too often, not even Jimmy is playing defense anymore, the only reliable defenders we have is Bam and Highsmith after him, everybody else is just bland poop. Herro can not dribble the ball, he is just too slow and doesnt have the skills to penetrate, he should be running off screens and get ready to shoot the ball, Duncan again another very bad defender and his shooting is crap. Terry will be good after a few games, he can penetrate basically at will and create for others. Bottom line we should not look this bad with our current squad after all the time they have played together.

Is jimmy bulter worth the contract who doesn’t give superstar production in regular season games but playoffs?

Yes

It’s understood that the baton has been passed to Bam and Herro to be the primary focuses in the regular season. Question is whether they are good enough to carry the team in the regular season and then supplement Jimmy in the playoffs.

A lot of teams only start one big these days, but they also have longer wings next to the big. Highsmith and Martin are both undersized next to Bam. With current roster I am not sure how to make it work. Ideally you'd want a 3 and D guy and bigger 4 in the starting lineup and move Herro to bench as a 6th man.

Even something like Rozier, Highsmith/Martin, Butler, Jovic, Bam with Herro, Highsmith/Martin, Robinson, Love, Bryant, and Richardson off the bench.

It's far from a perfect roster so Spo will have to figure out how to make the pieces fit as best as possible.

I feel like what Miami really needs right now is someone who can play defense and shoot a three at the wing. Who is that person? Or a stretch 4 PF. Jovic is not ready. Love doesn’t have the knee to keep up.

Heat is not winning much while Bam and Herro being the leader for the regular season. Maybe Miami Heat need a Chris Paul kind of player for the regular season perhaps we should bring in Chris Paul
