I don't think the problem is "Scary Terry". TBO, Spo needs to make this work. If players are not showing up, they need to hear it, fix it or be benched.
It is tough to lose so many games, but I believe Spo will fix it.

Caleb either will not, or can not go 110% any more...Caleb of last year was the absolute best point of attack defender....this year people are going around him... I think that is one of the biggest differences on defense. Not much better on offense TBH, when was the last time you saw Caleb fly in from out of no where for a put back, or go 3 deep into the stands to save a ball.

We need hustle plays that matter in the worst kind of way....bring someone up that will go 110%

Spo doesn't get the ball to Bam, he doesn't run pick and rolls with Rozier, he didn't even do it with Lebron and Wade....it's baffling

It was the scheme. Knicks IMMEDIATELY doubled him off the catch after those two dunks and that was that. Bam can't handle double teams and I mean that in the best way possible. If we're gonna feed Bam more, then we need to run WAY MORE pick and rolls/pops where he can punish the double teams.

If Bam were capable of handling doubles, we wouldn't have been able to draft him. Straight up.

We need a big physical two guard who can defend and a damn backup PG. Sigh

And a PF who can shoot, rebound, and defend, and is also at least 6'8 min. Good luck finding all that haha, we're screwed...

You don't need a PF that has all that if Bam could shoot or was taller. Bam is actually a big part of our size problems. He's not good enough offensively to be the tweener he is because he can't stretch the floor. And he's not tall enough to cure a lot of the size issues we have either. We also play the switching style defense we play in order to play to his strengths as a defender.

That leaves us looking for 7 footers who can do it all to put next to him, and they are as you hinted at, not in high supply. Its Kelly O and a handful of others, even less if you want to talk about the ones that are actually attainable.

Bam can pass out of doubles, he’s a great passer. The team can’t react to doubles though and it’s actually crazy to me. I was going to post about it when Jimmy got doubled in the 3rd at some point and we just freak tf out lol. Literally cut middle or find an open gap and they’ll find you.

That being said, they definitely swarm him when he touches. The issue was the touches weren’t there
