Exactly why u can’t move Duncan

Offense is inept without long distant shooting

Duncan is our only tradeable contract to bring something decent back. Spo should have been seeing what we have in Swider. If you don’t trade Duncan for a PF enjoy this team in the playin or lottery

The team with Duncan is definitely a playoff team, a lot of key players just going through a slump.

I don't think trading Duncan, on his own, will likely get you a pivotal player. And he's undoubtably needed here, so that's hard

I don't think a role player makes a team a playoff team.

He hasn’t even been a core piece the last two years. He got his position taken by Strus and rightfully so. Shame we lost Strus

You can’t keep on saying he’s needed when he was ghost for the last two years. We can’t keep running out a Herro and Duncan backcourt that’s 50 million in one spot and no defense

He hasn't though, our best Heat teams of the past few years has featured him. One of him or Herro are likely in a vulnerable spot, two things can be true

In this case it does, our system is predicated on the threat, the illusion of the 3. We have Bam as a non shooter and the same with Butler but he's sorta trying to shoot the 3. When teams take out Duncan we lose badly, because no one will spread out the court for Butler and Bam to attack. Duncan is the key here, good or bad.

No backup PG option to give Rozier a break and zero size. This team is broken

Jimmy butler was not really available tonight until the last few seconds of the game where he was more engage and bam was ok the whole game, he truly needed to develop soft touch around the basket, it’s always feels like bam throw the floaters a bit too hard and I think it would benefit the team as a whole if he could shoot a 3. Heat was missing a real 3pt threat in this game that is why I dreaded on trading Duncan. Rozier took way too much shots just to have 17 points. He needs to be encouraged to drive more to the basket and be our Tony Parkers

Hoping Duncan with Jovic attached gets us Bogdonovic or Kelly Olynyk with attached player.

Bam does not attack even with Duncan and Herro spreading the floor. Bam has become a mid range turn around shooter. I thought this year he was going to expand his game but he fooled us all. I still remember when he said he was going to shoot the three..

I think we are the only team in the NBA these past 4 years in which our 2 best players are not a threat in the 3-point line.

It's a miracle we made 2 out of 4 finals because of that.

Can't think of another team that has these major flaws.

We faced a contender that plays good D and has elite defending stars. Can't beat them missing $50 million worth of talent.

I’ve been beating on this drum for a while, puts extraordinary stress on the rest of the rotation to fill in that production. It worked 2 of the last 4 years only because Jimmy left Earth in the playoffs.

I dont remember much of Jimmy or Bam in the 4th, it seemed like only Jrich and JJJ cared at the end
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

I just don’t think Highsmith gets a game for just about any other NBA team. Yet we’re forcing this dude to not only start, but play 27 minutes as a significantly undersized 4.

There’s finding undrafted talent, and there’s being overly bullish with the undrafted talent.
