Post#1 » by DayofMourning » Tue Dec 12, 2023 3:07 am

Fresh off a clutch victory in Charlotte, Miami returns home to slay the bees on Wednesday!

Lets keep it rollin'. Get some more of that balanced production.

Let's go Jeat!

At the current rate this game thread may not reach page 3. We've all made ourselves scarce at the same time. Who are we playing again? Oh yeah ...

Looks like the regular season doldrums are in full swing.

Lets go Heat!

One tiddy for one Biddy, and were right back up in 3rd seed. We just need to get it going again.

Get Hampton some playing time, I cant stand watching Lowry anymore.

We've got to get Bam or Highsmith back, the defense is crap without them.

And Herro is missing a month+ for a sprain? what's up with that BS?

Not too familiar with Gary Harris. Can he play point?

Im excited to see Hampton long term with this team. I think there is a hidden gem there. I really do. Hope he puts it together.

Kyle has been low key good for us this year. I never would have traded what we did for him, or paid him the contract he has never earned, but hes been decent this year.

Herro should realistically take as long as it takes. A sprain is a tear. A grade 2 means half of that connective tissue has torn. With a sport that requires significant demand on your lower body, he should take his time. I want to see Herro get healthy, stay healthy and be the guy who takes our clutch shots. I dont want a reinjury just for attendance purposes. We have failed in our last 2 Finals appearnaces because of injury. Im okay being a .500 team as long as we keep our guys healthy.

Peak Gary Harris is a nice, nice two way player. He can ball handle.

He is consistently out of the lineup. I was looking at his PT and he has missed roughly 40% of the RS due to injury.

Yup, it is a lot of time for a sprain. I’m not a doctor of course, but it is taking quite a bit.

…DayofMourning explained it above, did not see.

dont expect herro playing for the heat until after new years. the heat org is pretty hermetic when it comes to divulging true player issues and statuses bam could be out til the all star game. i mean i wouldnt be surprised if that was the case, hip injuries and high sprain ankles can take time to heal from

Im a pharmacist and I stay on my feet for long periods of time. I ended up getting a heel bruise (a contusion) from play tennis in flip flops (dont do that) and it legit took 6 months to heel. I can imagine that Bam will be back in a timely manner but I can totally see his predicament.
