Knicks fans gotta be the saltiest in the league.

I guess I’d be salty too if my team hadn’t won a championship in over 50 years.

They are essentially the Dolphins of the NBA.

Reading that thread is pretty sad. The fantasies being painted. The narratives created. The pacifiers being sucked.

For everything we crib about Spo or Riley always taking the high road ("we have enough"), this exactly is what sets the franchises apart. Here there are absolutely no excuses. If we lose, it's on us and not the refs. Now this "refs are against us" mentality will pervade their whole team, though this is nothing new as Thibs has always been a complainer

Brunson literally got the most generous whistle of anyone on the floor last night BY FAR.

Pathetic AF by Thibs

I swear half the fouls the refs called for Brunson last night was bulls**t like this. I'm honestly in disbelief at the crybaby tactics by Thibs after watching the same game I did.

i think it has more to do with the build up from the previous extended stretch of games rather than just last night honestly. recently brunson hasn’t been getting a very favorable whistle and as a coach it’s thibs job to bring awareness to that.

Well he got the most favorable whistle out of anyone in last night's game.

Heat usually have to overcome the other team, the refs, the announcers, the sports books, the weather just to get a win yet they still manage to defy the odds.

When the Heat cant be denied there is nothing any of the obstacles can do.

This is the embodiment of 'Heat Culture'. Other fans of other teams really **** on it and mock it, but they don't quite get it. I can't remember when Spo has ever complained about a lack of calls at a presser following a loss. Mazzula, Thibs, Kerr, Lou, Rivers, etc. etc. do it frequently.
