I wish Erik Spoelstra would just come out, once and for all, and explain why he plays Joel Anthony over Jamaal Magloire. It just bothers me to no end.

No player has ever made me more angry in my 13 some odd years of watching the Heat as Joel Anthony.

Did you watch the pre-game? The coaching staff is very excited about Joel. He comes in early every day to practices, stays late and they see big things. The very him as the next Haslem(and we all know what that means LOL)...But seriously, They talked him up like he was Bosh. Then Tony F said that we have the best coaching staff in the NBA, which made me seriously laugh out loud.

When we run the offense through Beasley guess what good things happen even with that crazy lineup. Would it kill Spo to run a few plays through Beasley when Wade is on the court to make life easier for Wade?

That makes me sick to hear this. Joel is barely an NBA player. He has no potential. Ugh.

I don't mean it in a spiteful way, but why can't Joel just come up with some injury that sidelines him for a while. Why does it always have to be useful players like Wade, Wright, JO, Q-Rich...

Wade has arrived. 6/13 looks a lot better.

I agree with you though Flash4thewin. Beasley is a mismatch for everybody offensively so if he makes some shots the defense will have to focus more on him and if D-Wade has just one man to beat, you know what happens. :D

Btw that Reddick block shouldn't even be up there.

The Brook blocks were the most important, the Amare one was the most spectacular. I'm going with the Brook ones.

Wade with Amare or Bosh would just be so sick, those passes that he threads to JO where he goes up soft and misses half the time would all be dunks with Amare or Bosh.

Yup I'm with the Brook ones too. The Amar'e play made me scream, the Brook blocks made me jump outta my room. :D I remember he had a 9/24 shooting night and struggled but made huge plays like that down the stretch. That just showed that he plays well even if he doesn't make his shots.

Not happy with the way we've used Beasley tonight, Haslem needs to get comfortable on that bench a little more often, and I wish we'd just cut Joel.

Other than that, good half, might have to switch Wade onto Roy in the 2nd half if he keeps hitting shots.

You've gotta be kidding me, Roy does the same exact thing.

Its not just Wade its all the players in the NBA. Being a Blazer fan Roy travels every time he catches the ball. Wade gets away with a lot but its nothing compared to say Lebron

Beasley looked bad when Aldridge was on him, but as soon as we put in Howard and Tolliver Beasley beat the crap out of em. I was never a big Beasley believer but he is a tough cover. Is he more a 3 or a 4 for you guys?

I'm not tryin' to be a troll here but...Wade took 8 steps instead of pivoting once...

He definitely looked better at playing the 4 so I'd say that should be his position in his NBA career.

Joel's statline: 5 minutes, 1 personal foul. Thats it. But of course, his contribution goes beyond the numbers.
