I don't know what more Gobert could've done with Jokic there and it did not matter. Tough ass finish.

Giannis needs to study the Nuggets.

Celtics fans were watching that Nuggets game like...We're never getting over the championship hump, are we.

Nuggets Celtics would be a really good Finals. But I just don't see how anyone is beating the Nuggets in a 7 game series.

Jaden McDaniels, for all his defensive acumen, has got to be better in this series for Minny to have a chance. 7 points on 38% and 17% from three is not what you're looking for a guy you just gave $136 million to.

Minny has been on a huge offensive heater since the Playoffs started. I think they were #1 offence in these Playoffs before this series started and were playing well above where they were at in reg season. Jaden seems to be part of a broader coming back to the mean amongst Minny (albeit Jaden has been particularly poor).

THIS is the series that has some parallels to us in 2019 against Toronto. Giannis v Kawhi and Ant v. Jokic.

The upstart team (Minny) just didn’t have the chops yet to take those first two big wins and finish the job. Will be interesting to see if Minny can regroup for game 6 or not.

Yeah, there are definitely parallels. Just feels like Minnesota has to work so much harder for their buckets.

I cant really see Okc or Dal beating Denver so we appear to be on a collision course for Nuggets Vs Celtics...which sucks because i cant stand either team but will have to root for Denver.

Ant isn't as old as Giannis was or the MVP.

Its like if the Bucks had Bud when Giannis was 22. Under Kidd they never got out of round 1 & the roster wasn't as strong.

This is why Minnesota absolutely needed to take Game 4. Was only a matter of time before you got the Ant-man pube game and the Jokic masterclass game, concurrently. I guess it wouldn't shock me if they can force a Game 7, but this has to be demoralizing as a Wolves fan. Considering how talented he is, I think KAT is now officially on the Mt. Rushmore of "can't trust that dude in the playoffs".

Unless you're a lockdown defender and can shut down the other team's best player you're still making things difficult for your own team going 0 - 6 on open 3s. I do agree that it IS better than when Beas would go 0 - 6 and play garbage defense. I also agree that Donte would be an optimal type of player next to Dame if he wouldn't be so streaky and could get some consistency someday on open shots. That being said, it wouldn't have happened since Donte most likely would have been sent in the Dame trade instead of Grayson.

Odd you only post after Donte's poorer games and then go silent on his good ones. Its ok to accept you were wrong. We all get some wrong. Although one will always be wrong if they think its realistic to shoot 60% from 3.

MBBOT. Those were classic. If he didn't get a response within say 10 minutes, he'd quote himself and sometimes forget that he was responding to......himself.

But oh my goodness that playoff series against Indiana when Timmy looked like he was becoming the Bucks best player in the course of one series. How many of us were gasping thinking of the possibility of an unstoppable player on the Bucks?
