Williams is cap relief
Haslem is that low post banger we have always wanted
Wright and Cook are young guys with potential
1st round pick gives us help in rebuilding

Miami does it because they now have a better shot at keeping their window open with shaq. They could go with a starting lineup like this:

Dwayne Wade

that line up could probably compete, atleast until shaq really really falls off.
