When Khris and Bobby take mid-range shots, I always assume they are going in.

We gave up 70 paint points to a handful of guys who are just happy to be there. A win is a win.

a 22 point road win and the majority of the 22 comments before this one have been largely negative

Oh no! The Bucks didn’t take Jalen Wilson seriously… :P

Offense looks great. Khris rounding into form is awesome. Giannis looks really in control, much more frequently this year on paint drives. Saw a number of times where he stopped the spin move and passed out so he wouldn't be put in position to get a charge call.

Paint defense has to improve. Still, take the W however it comes

The offense continues to look unstoppable and the interior defense continues to be a train wreck. This team is nothing if not consistent.

He's getting better as a player. His passing and decision-making look very crisp (generally) and he's usually taking shots he's comfortable with. His efficiency is ridiculous.

Those Nets players were playing as hard as the Bucks and Nets were in Game 7 of the 2021 series

I can't believe just a few years ago our motto was "We dogs". The Bucks have lost their inner dog, and I'm not sure how they get it back. Hopefully when Jae comes back we'll get a little bit of that back? Bucks offense is otherworldly. Khris is looking like Khash Money again.

Did you even watch the game?? You can't win championships playing D the way they played the last two games. it was like watching a grade school game. So many uncontested layups aand jumpers in the paint.

Our bench clapped cheeks tonight, which is great to see.

There is good news and bad news regarding the defense:

Bad news: Unlike Bud's defense, which gave up tons of threes but shut down paint points, Griffin's defense takes away threes but gives up paint points. In particular, the amount of points allowed within a few feet of the basket is out of control.

Good news: Given that this is now a regular pattern, we can be pretty sure that this is what Griffin is trying to do. In other words, it's very fixable, if you want to fix it. I like Griffin's emphasis in guarding the threes and in forcing other teams to beat you on twos. But if you're going to have Brook as a rim protector, then use him to protect the rim. He's not doing that, despite the occasional great block.

One final point: Having Brook continuing to take threes is ridiculous. Post him up more, especially when Giannis is off the court. Brook has been horrible on threes, shooting in the low thirties.

I like your point on what AG is trying to do. Different than other years. Got all season to add specific wrinkles when needed down the road.

Almost like there's context to a game where a team sat half their team on a back to back and then sat the other half of the rotation players after a handful of minutes and the things that the Bucks have struggled with all season happened against literal G-Leaguers.
