Wouldn't surprise me if Cam Payne hits like 8 3s tonight.

Beasley guarding Booker from the opening tip is the stuff nightmares are made from. This better be the last game of that nonsense.

More AJ Green.

The Bucks looking noticeably better without Khris and Dame on the floor was the not the takeaway I was expecting from the Utah game.

Hopefully it was just an anomaly. I couldn't name specific games off the top of my head, but as someone who has watched every Bucks game this season, I feel like that wasn't the first time that has happened this season.

Dame sucked in that game and never should have came back after the ankle flared up. But he was not out there the first half-ish of the 4th Q when they blew the lead. Of course he didn't help at all when he came back in though. I don't recall if KM was out there with Giannis or not

Suns first game at home after a long road trip. Home teams can struggle in these games, feeling a Bucks win here.

His ankle was already gimpy and then he dunks and makes the injury much worse. That's not a high IQ play.

If Beasley/Green/Portis/Payne etc of the team hit their relatively open 3p shots on a good rate, Giannis and these guys is enough to have a good offense as Giannis usually attracts enough attention to create good 3p shots.

But when they don't or the opponent has good enough defense to keep Giannis away from the basket and these secondary players covered you need guys like Dame and Middleton that can also break the defense and score or create for others.

This suns team also has a habit of having like 8 minute stretches every game where they look like 5 guys who just met trying to play together.

Still no word on if Brook is back, I'm guessing no, the team flies home tonight. Also guessing they'll give Dame the night off with his ankle. We have an upcoming B2B Thursday/Friday.

Agreed. He should have hopped on one leg the entire time he was on the court.

Something tells me a pro athlete isn't thinking about his injury in the middle of competition. :dontknow:

Dame and Brook are out. I'd sit Giannis too but it's a TNT game so I guess we can't do that.

No way Dame should've been playing on that back to back against the Jazz.

Won't even have TyTy active in case we need some guard minutes. Everything about how we deal with the two way guys remains very underwhelming.

Agreed- without knowing what went on in the background/wanting to read too much into it I did take it as a bit of a positive that he clearly had decided to try to solider through it (although maybe tempered with a bit of a negative that nobody said "ease up, tiger" and held him back).

Dame missing his first All-Star start while Griff misses his All-Star coaching gig would be very Bucks-like.

Too late and not enough starters for me to stay up the whole game, I’ll watch the first quarter though
