Not until April when the playoff race starts.

Doc's X and O stuff is nice.. my disappointment is staying with role players too long in a game when they don't have it that say... and not doing enough to get AJJ and Gallo ready yet.. certain matchups where KM, Beas, BP or BL are getting played off the floor we could have had an option to bring in.. icing them out of the lineups even during injuries when minutes were available is a misfire to me and limits our options... now an 0-3 Beas turns into a 1-7 and onward for the others.. and if a guy is getting burnt repeatedly, keep it to 20 min instead of letting him get roasted for 33 and now lose a 20 point lead.. this is my only Doc gripe hhhh

Something something Giannis top-of-the-key ISO ball is trash offense. Something something elbow touches.

Doc is a new coach in the middle of the season. His job is to understand his playoff personnel and initiate new offense and defense.

It's hard for me to get upset at him not playing 12 guys until he understands what he has and has the top 7 or 8 working together. That takes time, especially when KM just started playing.

In a game like tonight, though, where the point guard is out, I think he should give AJJ some minutes.

Does it really matter if we play Boston in the 2nd round or the ECF? We’re playing them at some point if we want to make the finals.

Because it stopped working in the playoffs so who cares... yeah get away with trash offense in some regular season games when half the stars sit anyways and the other half of the teams are tanking. When the genius teams and coaches get several days/ games in a series to scout you then it doesn't work and they make you draw charges or get hurt

Idk what we’re going to do come playoff time. Giannis centric stuff in the postseason has always been inconsistent vs the good teams, but I just don’t trust Dame at all and really just want them to give it to Giannis and get out the way at this point. Hopefully Dame’s gravity continues to be beneficial to Giannis and we go away from the Dame centric stuff because I’m not a believer and it feels forced.

Technically we should be able to play a version of Giannis ball, with reliable shooters (Beas, Dame, Midds, Dairy Bird) so that he either gets past the wall or draws them in and kicks the ball out (and someone like Bobby cutting in behind the wall). It shouldn't be rocket science to overcome unless he tries to do too much himself.

Today, I would urge Khris to try mid range shots primarily as he is a master at that. If those start falling, he could try some 3s.

Ignoring mid ranges is a v bad idea for Khris; if Doc is telling him to do that, Doc is making a serious mistake.

Play Khris this way and have one good poa defender at all times today, and we will win.

He should shoot like 1midrange to every 3 three pointers.. deep 2s are dumb..inefficient and harder to get an offense rebound

We can only guess at what Doc is thinking.
But the last 2 games in the 4th quarters it felt more like:"We know Giannis can get his, can anybody else step up and do something".
We don't have that much time till the playoffs so they are sacrificing games to figure it out.

Really hope we can win tonight!!

Wait, so you're trying to say that playing the Pistons or Wizards on a random Tuesday night in January and playing the Heat or Celtics in game 3 of a best of 7 series are not the same?

Watching Murray Atlanta highlights during pregame right now. Getting Jamal Crawford flashbacks.
