Hopefully we have the best record in the East in late January and AG is the coach. All star DNP for Hali....lol.

Imagine if instead of chasing after a basketball and making a scene, Giannis just said "they can keep it. I'll get the next one when I drop 70 on them in January."

Or play him the entire game, every single minute...let him get MVP, then give the game ball to some player who made his first bucket in an all-star game and only scored 1 or 2 points. Finish it off by smashing the MVP trophy right in front of him.

Lost in all this is, I don't want to trade Bobby or Khris anymore after last night.

They both noticeably had Giannis' back last night....lol.

Would you rather have the NBA CUP or the Kyle Korver Game Ball?

It's not just the locker room presence and the clear love from the fans.
Bobby is the only player from our bench with a clear positive net rating right now.

I got home very late from work drinks then watched the game. I am wildly tired this morning but damn was that a fun game.

This is awesome. Giannis is amazing enough with regular motivation but pissed off Giannis is an absolute menace. Thanks Indiana.

Sorry if this was posted already. Haven’t had time to read every post.
But Crowder was a rookie under Carlisle. Wonder if got his 1st points game ball. Jae was in the tunnel trying to get the ball too.
And now they pissed off Giannis. Next game against them he could very well break the record again to prove a point.

Legally speaking, I wonder if the Bucks actually own that game ball. If they do, get lawyers involved and launch an investigation.

That ball is memorabilia with monetary value. Sure, the legal fees would easily exceed the value of the ball, but prove a point — you’re not going to steal from us and get away with it. Giannis is well versed in these types of things

I saw a good comparison on reddit for what this whole thing equates to. Going off the knowledge that as far as we knew for like an hour after the game, the Pacers had the ball.

This is like when someone cuts you off in line. It's highly annoying and unnecessary but if you act up about it, you come away looking like the fool. Obviously he went a little beyond acting up, but sometimes you do things you may regret when you feel disrespected to that level.

The funny thing is that Giannis dropped 64 on them and still had the energy to run around the arena looking for this thing. More of a testament of how easy it was for him.

It was a brilliant coaching move by Griff to tell the 3rd stringers to let the Pacers back into the game so he'd be forced to put Giannis back in so he could set a franchise record 64 points and end the game on an emphatic dunk.

I hope Crowder didn't re-injure himself trying to hold back Thanasis on the Nesmith dirty play on Giannis. :)

Giannis only deserves the game ball if he scores 69 points.

I just signed in to say that this ball will mean nothing when he drops 65 in the next game.
Inadequate perception I reckon it's from the Valium
