They are just incompetent. Like the back to back offensive moving screens? If they were purposely giving it to the jazz you wouldn't get the horrible make up call

That's about what it looks like when you do a back to back vs a team on 3 days rest. Too bad the NBA is just unable to avoid this. Can't be helped.
