Yeah I assume it was supposed to be a give and go. Curious to see what Doc has to say. Giannis' head was in the clouds most of the second half.

He also needs to not dribble and turn up court.
That is an issue too, but microscopic in comparison to the decision to have Dame inbound to him.

Love Giannis. He'll go down as the best WI sports athlete of all-time IMO. But man he's dumb af.

I really don’t think anyone contemplated that Portland might foul
That's still a wrinkle Doc hasn't learned decades into this.

Yeah in the past it was weird where Giannis wouldn't give it up. That seemed...designed?

It's throw it in and give it right back to Dame with momentum going up court.
Literally what they did when he hit his last game winner.
The MVP decided to.turn and dribble up court instead.
Believe it.

The first one makes sense if Brook doesn’t yolo the shot. Brook had time to make another pass.
Why are we drawing up plays around the 3 point line and pinning yourself to 3PA down 1? I'm ok with 3s but at least attack the defense to get a look at the rim or get fouled, and kick it out if D collapses and need to pass out of it.
Those were low percentage looks. And made even worse by the fact the Bucks were down 1. Like down one you NEED to keep a TO in your pocket that late. Otherwise you open yourself up to fouls having to drive the length of the court.

Starting to come around to this side. I haven’t seen a “dame” thing that makes me think Dame is the answer we’ve been looking for.

Simply just having Robin around makes things a little less annoying...lol.

Make a team around Giannis and Dame that works.

He would have gotten fouled, he wasn't running free or something. It's a better spot to be in but they're not getting a 3PA off there.

Believe it.
He dribbled up court for the same exact reason he fiddled with the ball and took a jumper on the opening possession. He can’t handle not having the entire spotlight to himself. Why do you think he likes Khris so much?

We were down two and had more time. Two totally different scenarios. There wasn't time for Dame to get a from both a clock standpoint and from a standpoint of Portland was going to foul. It was a messed up designed play with no real options.

Yep. Brook should have absolutely tapped it back to Dame there.
Not just Brook. I guarantee Beas, Bobby, & Crowder chuck it there too. None of these clowns know their role.

I hope Horst has something magical he can pull off - this roster doesn’t work.
