If he's undergoing an MRI I won't be surprised if it's season-ending.

An Achillis is a pretty easy to diagnose thing, right? Like it is kind of there or it isn't? Or would it be something that needs an MRI? Just wondering if we could somewhat rule it out

Should be fun around here with all of our medical experts plus fortune tellers who "knew" Giannis shouldn't have played.

If he's out at least I can lie to myself that sure, the Bucks really did have a chance this season.

I think that's a precaution that would be done no matter what.

He’s walking down the hallway unassisted. They letting him walk around if it’s super serious? Naaah.

But milltownmad was mocked internet doctors while proclaiming it’s a cramp. I know the bucks medical team is cautious, but an mri for a cramp milltown?

From everything I've read or heard during the Rodgers injury, is they will usually know right away but need the MRI for confirmation.

As long as it doesn’t give Horst a get out of jail free card this is where I’m at mentally as well.

Wouldn't it be a surprise if he didn't go for a MRI? Like what is the harm to double check on a guy you owe $1/3 billion dollars?

An achilles isn't a calf injury. I would think that's easy to rule out.

He was limping out of the arena. Hopefully he's good.

It benefits the Bucks hugely when that player can defend.

Right.. you're making an uphill climb for opponents when they are screwed doubling off him and the D is flying around like that

Primary forwards/upwards accelerating muscle in body.

I'm assuming he walked off? You guys would be losing the plot of he got carried off. If he did, he will be ok in a couple of weeks. Not the worst time for him to get himself rested everywhere else/mentally.

I'd like to think the MRI is just precautionary.

I didn't see when it happened. Normally Achilles look pretty apparent with the way guys go down pretty quickly. How did the big fella look when it happened?

You're taking victory laps because a dude worth half a billion is getting an MRI on his calf, get a grip.

I'd hope so. It just makes me nervous that they suspect he tore his calf. The way he went down and had to be helped off made it look pretty bad.
