92% FT shooter Kolek misses 3 straight in the last minute but Marquette escapes.

I knew DePaul was bad but holy hell. Kolek only took 2 shots. 18 assists in 27 minutes. Marquette has 16 steals lol

Kolek out the last 2 regular season games, including the uConn game. That sucks. Obliques can take time, hopefully he's good to go for the tourney.

Really no idea what to expect in tourney. Could see Final Four but also won’t be shocked if bounced opening weekend again. Depends on Kolek health too.

Kolek is the key. I'm guessing he sits for the BE tourney and hopefully ready to go next week. Obliques take time.

No Kolek hurt but still shouldn't struggle to beat mediocre Nova.

The Bryce drew play was recreated by many teams, that shaka play for Kam might get the same treatment

Whistle-palooza. Good win. I don't see them beating UConn tomorrow.

The more I look at this bracket the more I think Marquette is about to make a Final 4 run. Houston seems beatable and is more of a matchup problem for Wisconsin then for Marquette, Kentucky has consistently underachieved under Calipari for a decade or so, then you get to Duke or Wisconsin which would be tough matchups for Marquette but I think Marquette is favorites in either matchup. This seems like the best chance Marquette will have a making a real run at this thing, assuming Kolek is healthy of course. I actually would have picked Florida to upset Marquette before they lost their starting center but that's a massive loss for Florida and takes away what would have been the Florida's top matchup strength against Marquette.

Florida still scares me because even with their starting center hurt, they still have tons of size

I'm definitely a homer in my bracket this year, which is really out of character for me. 2nd National Championship here we come!

Yesterday couldn't have gone better for Marquette, having the 3 & 6 seed both lose. Absolutely no reason they shouldn't get to the Elite 8 this year, and then if they get there I still think Houston is a good matchup for them.
