Not saying this will be Paypal but their share price I think started around mid 30s and is trading in the 230s today. Expected IPO price to be in the mid 30s.

Not paypal, but rather small non-interest (well baked in I suppose) loans. I'm guessing based on your credit/usage history, looks like if you want something that is a 1,000, they pay for it and point of purchase you select the terms of monthly payments that you will pay them. So I am guessing something like 15%, so you'd owe 1150 over x months but the juice isn't running, but don't know for sure.

That said, I could see these being a game changer or a colossal flop with people defaulting on payments frequently. But at its core it seems like a really good alternative to a credit card or at least a much fairer alternative in theory.

About 10 years ago the Bucks made a big deal about accepting BTC at the pro shop. I took a look at what they had (but almost never buy anything there) and saw a guy telling his friend his cpu is getting him more anyways right then and bought what I think was a BJ (rookie) jersey for $180 in BTC at ~$6/.

That Brandon Jennings jersey cost that poor man in excess of $1,000,000.00 at today's BTC pricing.

So if you miss a buy or sell opportunity just remember: at least YOU didnt buy a Brandon Jennings jersey for a million bucks.

(Unless it was one of you in which case I'm very sorry)

You should be good Supreme. It would have been better buying at $1.60 to $3.00 (obviously), but this stock is in a hot sector. It is basically like the oil sector at its infancy, so still getting in at kind of entry level.

If the Senate flips like it looks like it will, it should be very lucrative for the green energy field.

I bought HYSR on Fidelity. TPTW is on there as well.

What's special about TPTW btw?

My Shroom stocks took a pretty big jump as well, but I think it's still a premature jump here.

Indeed, miss the days of CGC being at 50, but it's been a hell of day and likely hell of a week for weed stocks. Lots of shorts that are going to try and have to cover ACB, Tilray and to lesser extent Canopy.

My plan is still to hold long on CGC, already consolidated all my other weed investments to just them.

I've seen recs for Aphria (APHA) and EnWave (NWVCF). EnWave is a pink sheet right now.

QuikLAB mobile-CLIA labs/QuikPASS as test/vaccine global status platform

I think TPTW could be a big winner

First time posting in this thread, so, go easy on me. I've watched Bitcoin for quite a while and wondering about the potential good and bad. I have always been a low-risk investor, but, I'm considering taking a small(ish) 401k account and roll it over to a Bitcoin IRA. Has anyone here done this? I would love to chat with someone who has because, frankly, it makes me a bit nervous even with the smaller account. I'm going to wait to see what happens after today's increase, but, I'm not sure I want to wait too long.

Overall, just looking for some tips on how to move forward if I decide to go down this path. Thanks!

Began talking to Bitcoinira.com, which should be able to process your rollover and walk you through it. I didn't end up doing it, however, for no good reason at all.

Probably too late after the news, but I jumped on CROX and I'm going to hold through the year at least.

Affirm set to go live with IPO tomorrow it looks like. Still haven't figured out if I am in on this or not. Just seems like something that has massive upward potential to me.

Any expectations, or just a roll of the dice for upward potential after a few years? I am guessing this is a minimum of 5 years investment.

Ballsy taking on Credit Card industry, but maybe not as ballsy when you have PayPal Holdings doing it with you. Could be really disruptive.
