Houston gets: Portis, Beasley
Jazz get: Olidipo, Payne, 2- 2nd via Houston, 1- 2nd via Milwaukee
Bucks get: Eason, Dunn, Yertseven

Brook Yertseven
Giannis Eason Crowder
Middleton Eason Pat
Dame Dunn
Dunn AJJ Marjon AJG

Id like a better backup center, open to suggestions, but it's immaterial come playoff time when Giannis plays more 5, next to Eason.

This Bucks team is suddenly serious defensively, with a ton of versatility, and can still shoot the 3.

On paper I like the Jazz a lot as a potential trade partner and I’ve used them myself in trade ideas as a team I think some of their players could upgrade our roster. But I see 2 problems with Utah, 1. They’re right in the thick of things in the west and playing a lot better so dismantling the roster seems more unlikely and 2. Dealing with Dick-anny Ainge is always going to be an issue no matter what the trade is. Still feasible but I’m not sure I see it as clearly as I did just a few weeks ago. That ship may have sailed on us.

Utah is playing well, but their pick this year has been dealt, but is top 10 protected. I'm predicting, and hoping, they dismantle.

Actually, I don't think he can be traded to Dallas because Dallas gave him the original offer that Portland matched.

Isn’t there a one year mandated delay before could trade for him?

So for the 96 minutes of the PF, C spots we will have Portis, Giannis and the 6"6 Crowder. This will be the thinnest frontline in the league. Not to mention that while Brook gets exposed defensively by certain teams/players Portis gets exposed every single defensive possession

Yes , Giannis 40, Portis 35 , Crowder 21 . Keep Rolo for foul trouble and to rest someone if needed.

Modern NBA is thin, we are the only team with a dinosaur Center who is not MVP level.
We won the ring with Giannis playing mostly the 5 and making his FTs

Desmond Bane is out for at least 6 weeks. Grizzlies should be open for trade business.

Losing Bane's biceps is a bigger removal of GUNS from the Memphis locker room than anything to do with Ja.

Maybe its a pre-ordained deal, holdover from the Dame trade.

After all Marjon was with Blazers players at a Ducks game, like he was going to be there.

Andre Jackson jr. is now in the 99th percentile for offensive rebound rate as he gets an offensive rebound on 9% of his team's missed shots. Conversely, he is in the 1st percentile for fouling

His overall defensive LEBRON rating is trending more and more into the positive as he was a -.60 two weeks ago and is now -.40.

I could get behind fhe Thybulle deal. But that said, the Ricky Sanchez guys really didn’t care at all when he left the Sixers. Whenever the sharp die hard local fans have an opinion on a player, I respect that. They had the same “good, time for you to go” take with George Hill, and were correct.

HAPPY TRADING DAY, Y’ALL

(I don’t have sources, I’m just strictly responding to restrictions being lifted today for a number of players)

Go experience the euphoria of the green check mark on fanspo.

Nah. Hill was still an impact god (+11.9 on/off) that first year back on a pittance salary. People just expected way too much out of him in the playoffs. If anything it just shows how important structure and scheme is to the majority of these role dudes. I've never been the biggest Thybulle fan, but if he doesn't kill your spacing anymore, he'd definitely a positive contributor on a contender, and a much needed wing to throw at Tatum, Brown, and Butler in a playoff series.
