PG Indy - AG and BP respond to Haynes report, page 20

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Fri Dec 8, 2023 12:42 am

Good third quarter. That’s it. Pacers played like a team who hasn’t won a playoff game in 4 years and had something to prove. Bucks played a lot of dumb basketball, what else is new. Off until Monday. The team and the board need a break.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I'd be inclined to agree that this team was just lazy and not taking it seriously enough if this game just didn't expose so many of the same issues which have plagued them all year.

Who cares about the In Season Tournament anyways?

Also, I am pretty sure a lot of these guys were partying last night for Giannis' birthday while he was sleeping.

I love Brook and he tries his best but he is unplayable this way and we simply can play drop defense against this kind of team.
Unless he punishes them in the offensive end we get destroyed and him shooting 10 3s don't help at all and if doesn't take them he screws our spacing because all the coaches will gamble on him to stay in the paint.

Khris also has been terrible in the end handling the ball.

Also fire Griff, I cant even get emotionally invested when I know the team has been sabotaged from the start

At some point people will realize that point Giannis won us a chip and not point Middleton.

Disgusting coaching and effort

We took it seriously. Giannis played 40, Dame 41, Middleton season high 29, Brook 36, Beasley 36. They wanted it. Played like crap for 3/4

I hope this isn't what Griffin has in store for us come June. Punted the season away on a bum coach.

Khris has always been terrible handling the ball. It's not something he should be trusted to do.

Our defense is abysmal and I'm losing faith that it will get better.

Super lazy on defense, especially in transition. Couldnt care less about a meaningless "cup" and it seems the players played like they didnt care about this game either.

Hear me out. Giannis is turned off by the lack of defence. This is going to get ugly in the locker room

That wasn't lazy, that was just bad play. Stagnant offense, and bad, bad switching on defense.

Our defense only looked serviceable when it was in the zone, and even then Indiana exploited it inside.

Also, Griffin's minutes rotations tonight were strange, although it doesn't help when he literally can't put Bobby on the floor because he is playing so badly. Our bench were deplorable tonight, and Indiana's amazing. We got zero from our bench tonight.

More than our bad defense the fact that we are trash at rebounding with Lopez and Giannis out there is way more infuriating.

I thought we played hard. We just didn’t execute on offense enough. We arent equipped right now to stop anyone especially these guys. Awful game from Dame outside of the 3rd quarter and our bench is a mess right now. We need to figure that group out.

Seriously, does AG bring anything to the Bucks that a bum could not? He does not do anything we need.

Couple of bad Khris possessions, too much of Brook chasing out on the perimeter, Lillard largely non existent, giving up second chance points to a poor rebounding team, and no plan on offense. Yeah that'll do it
