PG Nets - Bucks Roll (Eventually)

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Thu Dec 28, 2023 2:57 am

Played down to the competition, then woke up.

Very nice to see vintage Khris. Smooth shooting and 10 assists. And some classic dribbles into traffic and off the leg.

Also nice game from Cam.

Rolo with a 3.

On to Cleveland.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Easy to pass this one up as it's the holiday season and the Bucks didn't try but this is kinda just who they've been and that's my issue with the team so far under Griffin. Offense will carry the team but the team needs to not give up 120 points to the end of bench Nets guys. Maybe have some pride? I dunno...

I'll add Midds was great offensively when Giannis/Dame were on the bench. He's perfectly suited for that role it seems.

How did I not bet on this?

I'm stupid would be the answer.

Lopez must've felt bad for his old team.

This team can absolutely light teams up but can also get lit up.

Bucks benched the possibly road weary low energy guys and went on a run.

Fat, healthy Plus/Minus games from Bobby, MarJam, and Cam were earned by simply hustling.

A win's a win but I fear we gave up 122 points to a literal G-League team.

Win is a win, but watching the Bucks play D is enough to make your eyes bleed Chairs could do better.

Can the Aussie coach help us on defense or is he just a master of the flex offense…..watched some of his sets and thought they were pretty innovative.

I'm glad the offense is incredible. But giving up 122 points to the Nets backups when they shoot 21% from 3 is laughably bad.

Good thing we have a defensive specialist as a head coach. We’d probably give up 140 a game without a defensive specialist as a head coach.

It’s been rare this season that we’ve been in the 4th quarter and just cruised. Seems like we’re either dominating the 4th and storming back from a deficit or dominating the 4th and pulling away from a back and forth close game… kings of the 4th none the less but a little cruise control here and there would certainly be nice after a full 48min outing. Now let’s beat the **** out of Cleveland.
