Posting a new thread for extra visibility today cause Dame is somehow 85k votes behind Trae for the second All Star starter spot, which he really deserves.

@PP and MD - requesting a 24 hour reprieve from getting locked! :D

Call me old fashioned but I liked it better when you physically had to punch ballots at select events like actually attending games vs a bunch of kids and bots mercilessly clicking

ETA: Voted

The all-star game has never been about "deserving". Let's get our guy in!

Huh? In what NBA era does putting up 25/7/4 on 60% TS for the 2nd place team in the Conference not warrant an All-Star spot?

Its either him or Tre at this point and Young getting more shots on 17-23 Hawks team doesn't really impress me. I think Dame has had a better year.

.....That said, I also voted for beasley....

I refuse to bot-vote for this type of thing and vote at maximum once a year, but I will take you up on the x3.

Zach Lowe and I forget who was on with him did not have him on it. If you break down the players it’s not completely out of line.

I lean towards him making it as the 11th or 12th guy based on our record etc. but usual caveats apply

And those guys are once again showing their bias. No chance they're leaving him off if he was playing for a premier NBA market team. The fact that so many people are putting Maxey on their ballets, despite him cooling down and actually having worse numbers than Lillard, is pretty comical.

Not going to dispute that bias but Tyrese Maxey has much better stats than dame right now. Plus he can guard a chair sometimes
