What an exciting game! That was some of the best Bucks basketball you’ll see. Giannis in GOAT mode and Dame locked in. Makes me hopeful for the playoffs, once Horst strengthens the roster at the deadline.

Giannis went past Magic on the all time scorers list this game and has a half season before he turns 30.

Jae is our 3rd best defender and his offense will come around. I think we should play him more minutes. Come playoffs I trust him the most off the bench.

Nah this team is better when he’s playing. You will need guys like him during playoffs, +\- doesnt always tell the whole story

Repeat agenda, but if the Hawks would somehow put Dejounte out there in a two or three team deal for Midds, you take it and don’t look back IMO.

Midds, Bobby and Pat
for
Dejounte, DeAndre, Wes and Bruno

Defense immediately improves by at least 50%.

I thought Khris did pretty well defensively. Luka cooked him plenty, but there’s no scarier perimeter player in the league than him. Khris remained pretty physical and made himself felt. I liked that.

Respectfully disagree. He is a average at best defender, turnover prone, old, and is just a rah-rah guy. He needs to sit. Play some of the young guys and see if they can bring something to this team come playoff time that will result in a bigger boost.

It does, when he consistently is on the wrong side of zero. Every night i look when he plays, we are in a hole when he is in there. Is that a coincidence? Probably not. He needs to sit. Livingston, Jackson, or Beauchamp more.

He got to hang with his kids for a few days. Both times he got to do that since Christmas he shot great afterwards. All his issues are off the court.

Yeah, too much bench unit together. Add another good starter, and staggering the minutes gets easier.

I loved seeing that trapping double team on Luka.

Like... Go ahead have one of your other guys beat us. Just don't let Luka roam free and get his shot.

So I was out with one of my closest friends last night, and we ended up at a so-so stripclub, ironically. Because that's when I happened to check the score and saw that despite a **** first quarter they ended up with a great road win.

The icing on top was reading PP's thread title given where I was. Cheers.

No denying the off-court issues and that being the main contributor to uneven play this year, but you could see substantial differences in how Doc was trying to manufacture more touches for Dame and players setting good screens for him.

Fortunately, I don’t think a Khris injury tanks our Finals hopes anymore. But I think if you can get any value out of him right now, you have to do it. Murray is a dream, but anyone under 27/28 who’s a good to great defender I’d pull the trigger on.

He’s still capable of hitting that ceiling of 25 points on efficient shooting but it’s not happening that often and when he’s at his floor he looks like the worst player in the league.
