Coinciding with the playoffs emerging and some weeks with new staff and former nemesis. Gonna be fun.

Turns out Thanasis watched Pat Bev when he was playing for Olympiacos(?) in Greece. And he inspired him as a basketball player.

So, whoever told that joke about G being a Pat Bev disciple wasn't actually that far removed from reality.

Bev opened about this toward the end of the latest pod.

Positive regression coming at the best possible time for him is what I'm telling myself.

It’s fun to point at all the failed, super rosters that bigger markets usually get to play with, but this seems like the same slow train wreck and we’re all trying but can’t look away.
Why is it so sad in here?? This forum creates the reality.

Dame bouncing back.. You better believe it

Shooters love shooting, there's a joy in that **** that I'll never fully get as an at the bucket chaos merchant. Dame looks like he's shooting threes like he's only doing it because it is in the job description. Dude is sad. Surely one of you guys has a hot sister or whatever he can hook up with?

Either we win a championship this year or literally everybody will regret it, especially if Boston makes some noise. I’m not sure its rational to expect a switch to be flipped and for the team to play like he never has before during the playoffs. Regardless I don’t see why anybody would retain him going forward considering his advanced age & being a 1 way player, if the truth is he doesn’t actually want to be here then we need to send him on his way. Right now I think there are legit arguments that the team is better not trading Jrue and I was a fan of acquiring Murray when he was available, those guys in Miami they were offering look pretty good now, its not like Dame was the only choice possible.

We see great shooters turn to **** all the time in Milwaukee, JJ Redick was terrible here and hearing his comments on Milwaukee its not hard to figure out why. Nikola Mirotic left the NBA and country altogether after playing here. So we’re speculating he’s Seasonal Affective Dame now oof

Dame had a historically ugly entry to the Bucks with Stotts quitting and Grief proving to be one of the biggest failed coaching hires in recent times.

Doc has emphasized it’s going to take time for Giannis and Dame to learn how to play together but he thinks they absolutely will.

I’m not here to apologize for Lillard. He needs to figure his sh*t out (and Doc needs to make sure of it). But Dame’s shot going by the wayside is such an easier fix than if his athleticism was cooked. And if the problems are largely in his head and coaching related he can still become Giannis’ Kobe.

I'd be curious what would happen if Dame stopped shooting ridiculously long threes. I know the threat of it stretches the defense and all that, but so often I see him pull up for some insane three and just shake my head (he does make some of them, of course, which is fun).

We would have 3 in there if Khris were healthy all season and playing his usual heavy lifting minutes. Say what you will about Khris but he’s a clutch performer, always has been and always will be.

Somebody ask Pat Bev who's got the inside track on our 2 open 2-way spots. Day 39.

This team isn’t going anywhere with Jrue and Khris as the 2nd and 3rd best player at this point

Gallinari makes us even slower, which is a tough feat. I'll pass.

I think the consensus from GAD and others without being completely 100% sure was that they can.

Why has Gallinari only played in 6 games? Hurt?
