We did pretty well given we had one nba quality starter tonight. Once Khris went down we were no chance.

I get why Doc is playing Pat, returning to his old self would help the team so much. He's 31 and relies 100% on athleticism though, he might be done.

This is an ankle. Players play the same day after wearing a boot. Khris doesn't have ankle issues, only a knee problem

Jrue is done, that trade saved our butts. We'll get a defender or 2 by tomorrow.

The trade deadline can't get here soon enough. Not only to potentially swing a deal to help the club, but more so I can see what Doc and his staff have in mind for a 9-man, championship chasing, rotation. Because starting the corpse of Robin Lopez and giving 40 minutes to this version of Jae Crowder certainly aint it.

Not really any takeaways from this one. Boy, do those Phoenix players like to run their mouths though. Even without Jrue here, it's hilarious how much real estate this team owns in Devin Booker's head (I'm told that's how the kids say it these days).

Phoenix aren't going anywhere this year. Was surprised to see their side of the box score considering the game was so close. If the Bucks get anything out of anyone outside of Giannis, Beas, or nice energy minutes out of Cam they could have stolen that one.

I know Bobby had his one weekly good game against the Jazz, but both he and Pat need to go. They just give nothing and on most nights are a negative with poor defense or poor efficiency.

Can't deny it was an impressive job by the Suns to hold off the Bucks who were missing Dame, Brook, and Khris. Had to be a satisfying revenge game. What an effort.

Doc was laudatory of Pat on that Bill Simmons pod in December saying he’s just a “tough, tough player.” Think he is legitimately high on him.

That said he could also be doing a crash course assessment of exactly what we got before the deadline. Or just attempting to showcase him.

Maybe he has orders from Horst to convince other coaches/GMs that he isn't as worthless as he actually is?
