When Celtics take at least 44% of their shots from 3: 40-5 (88.89%)

No other team in the NBA takes 44%+ of their shots from 3 as season average ".

Guarding the three is the key to beating the Celtics. I hate the way the game has changed.

too many good shooters.

widen the court, move the 3 point line back. only way this changes.

I'm not sure that helps. Just more space that defenders would need to account for.

Eliminate the corner 3 and I think that would make things more interesting.

Feel there is less emphasis later on in the season. I think they are balancing guys being healthy for the playoffs. From a marketing standpoint, if Giannis gets a season ending injury in November they just market the next guy up. If Giannis gets hurt now, public perception would be way worse regarding the playoffs. It doesn't make sense since Giannis is out either way, but I think it would impact how the fans feel about the playoffs coming up.

Honestly like that Giannis isnt playing. Now this game is just house money. Save that stress for the playoffs

I suppose. Plus he's only missed about four games I believe (CLE, LAC, PHO, and forgetting)?

Eliminate the corner 3 for sure.

But also, change other rules that hurt players that goes inside. Call a charge only if defender didnt move since driving player's first step. Remove offensive 3 seconds, allow stronger players to backup smaller/weaker players and dont call it charge if smaller player fall etc

Oh, and return hands check. Guards dominate too much.

Once again, the only way that 3PT variance ball is ever gonna be reigned in is if they start calling illegal screens again. It's never gonna happen because "freedom of movement" garbage, because the NBA is dead set on marketing the flashy perimeter guards and wings over the boring, dominant big guys.

Brown, Jrue and Hauser all sat out Monday night and are listed as questionable but were expected to play tonight. With Giannis out it will be interesting to see if any of them sit.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Think you mean Tatum sat Monday night. Brown played after sitting against Washington Sunday. I'm predicting Hauser and Brown sit. It doesn't matter. Boston'll be up by at least 10 after 1, probably 15-20 at half and 20+ by the end.

Thanks, you're right, Tatum sat. And Brown is listed as questionable, along with Jrue and Hauser.

Game time is 6:30, not 7:00 as I originally had it.

"Khris, Jragon from realgm thinks you should dribble wayyy less and shoot 10 threes per game." 'Bro, who? F him, imma shoot 3 threes and like 15 fade away long 2s with a hand in my face'.. I'm pretty sure this is how they discuss my posts

Tatum and GA only have like 2 moves... their coaches dont want the opposition getting 40 minutes to practice against it lol... Brown has zero moves so it doesn't matter... Dame has like 20 but only uses 5 in the regular season lmao

I'm not seeing that anywhere from ESPN. Its not listed on the Gamecast page for the game and I haven't seen anyone from ESPN tweet out anything about it
