Awful officiating, Dame was bad in the 4th, Midds just really bad, and Doc just watched a lot of really stupid **** happen. Midds was forcing on offense and stationary on D. Davis spent the final 20 minutes hugging Giannis and didn't get called for a single foul. Why was Beas in at all during the second OT when he couldn't move? Why didn't we involve Reaves in a single PnR? What the hell did I just watch?

Dame 9/29
Khris 4/15
Giannis 1/6 Fts

and Reaves appearing like a superstar against our terrible defenders

How much did they need Bev in moments of this game, 4th quarter on?

Ugly loss that probably took a year off of my life. As was said in the game thread, that was not fun.

So some Lakers' fans are saying the only reason we were even in it that long is because of the refs...
Ok, I'm going to scream into my pillow now and try to get to sleep as I work in 4 hours.
At least the match was time well spent.

Refs didn't lose the game for the Bucks but Lakers couldn't have done it without them.

That 3rd quarter run that Russell went on, every highlight shows Beasley out of position on D as Russell puts up the shot.

It feels like we can never stop the hot shooter. PatBev may have been that guy but obviously not on the floor tonight.

We lost because our shot selection was horrible to close the 4th. Dane andGiannis took some **** shots to close the game. Play smarter as2holes.

First half defense looked great. All I got. Awful showing.

I'll still never understand why they choose to play Beas and Dame together. Driving on them is way too easy for opposing guards.

We're not allowed to feel good about this team for any length of time apparently.

Absolutely not true. Even if we win I'd be hollering about the refs it was that bad. That said, we lost it with dumb shots and tired legs. Refs didn't help.

How much money is Bud going to command this off-season?

But yea, this reminded me of a typical Bucks playoff game. Giannis plays hard, does some stupid **** but overall puts up enough (29/21/7/3/2 on good efficiency going against throw-back AD) for us to win but completely let down by the rest of the team. KM and Dame combined for 13 of 44 without anything on the defensive end. But the media will continue to harp on it being Giannis's fault.

When Beas is squared up in ISO he's actually pretty decent on D. He's also often out of position, and flat-footed when he's suddenly involved in a play. He mostly hustles, and he's not afraid, but man, he is not a good defender. I'm still baffled by Doc taking Dame out instead against Boston.

Dame half the games is like playoff Bledsoe without his defense and worse creation

Giannis seriously there are highschool kids and part timers that shoot fts better than him

We’re still the same team as last year in a lot of ways. The offensive execution when games get tight just isn’t there.

If we’re playing from behind, we’re always gonna struggle to pull it out.
