Round 1 Game 3: Bucks at Pacers - 4/26/24 - 4:30 - ESPN/BSWI - Middleton a Go

Games are overlapped every night this week except Friday when they decide to put the Bucks on at 4:30 MKE time. That's fine for me but still ridiculous.

First injury report is out. Giannis is doubtful. Khris is questionable. Livingston also questionable (illness).

Game is on the Bally's alternate channel. And ESPN.

I try not be to huge negative Nancy, but this feels like another loss. Indiana is a crazy crowd, and we are an abysmal road team this year. With Khristal broken yet again and our superstar behind on recovery, I'm thinking like a 30 point loss.

Yeah we're awful on the road this season. I have no confidence in this one without Giannis.

Not at all surprised by a gutsy win.

I'll be watching the draft so they'll play well and win

A nuclear Dame is our only hope right now and I don't even think that's enough.

He had a better team in Portland when you compare this team without Giannis and Middleton.

People say it’s bad luck but Khris didn’t take care of his body for 10 years. That’s why when he’s at the age he is he’s broken more than other stars his age. Don’t change your oil for 5 years. The car probably works fine that entire time. But years 7,8,9 it’s barely operable. That’s Middleton.

Also the bucks injury presentation sucks ass. Miami straight up said butler was out. This is the second time the bucks have played it off as the injured player is on the verge of coming back. Gianni’s can’t run. Just say he’s out for the year. It’s not like this poker bluff works. It didn’t help us with Middleton and won’t help us now.

For “the best medical team available” suki really sucks at preventing injuries in the playoffs. If she gets all the credit for keeping players healthy she really sucks at keeping them healthy in the playoffs. Swear the bucks have more injuries than the packers due and it was universally agreed upon that their training team sucked

Exactly. A hobbled Middleton and no Giannis? I’d put money on the pacers if the line was 10

I'm always looking out for the psychological well being of posters.

With that in mind, the first step is to realize, based on talent on the court, the Bucks should lose.

The Bucks with Dame and without Giannis are no better talent wise than Portland was when they had Dame and Jerami Grant. Dame with Jerami Grant went nowhere.

So please don't start lambasting the coaching unless you see clear cut coaching mistakes.

And realize that it is likely that BP or Lopez or KM will have a below average game. If you have this mindset, then you won't be disappointed, but you may be very happy if the Bucks win.

Without Giannis, Bucks lose in 5 or 6. Please prove me wrong.

If you heavily rest your fortunes on an oft injured player.

You don't get to then cry bad luck when the oft inured player is oft injured.

It was funny seeing a lot of our fans bash porzingas saying it’s only a matter of time before he was injured when he’s their 3/4 option when we had Khris Middleton

Spot on Big O. Any team in the NBA without their MVP will look pretty mediocre. I mean, the 6ers were legit contenders until Embiid went down, and then they were 16-27 without him.

It is what it is. We were already a pretty sketchy team with an MVP level player and then we lost him. We have to be realistic about our chances. And now Midds is hobbled too as if this year couldn't get any more cursed.
