Horst is hoping people forgot about MarJon too. Watching Nembhard in this series reminds me what a crappy drafter Horst is.

Nembhard has been awesome this series, but Majon is going to get there too. These G League Ignite guys just need time.

If one good thing came from Covid, it was normalising work from home (for those of us lucky enough to have access to it through out work!).

Curbside pickup is pretty great sometimes too, but I went from 8-5 in the office everyday to full time WFH. The only downside is I lost my underground parking spot to use for Bucks games!

Khris is a more reliable playoff performer than anyone else on this team. What an absolutely ballsy series this has been for him.

I always find it interesting that some who have a plethora of posts in PG threads after losses post little or nothing in PG threads after wins.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

My eyes are burning from only sleeping 5 hours and it feels like I have strep throat, but there’s not much better than waking up the morning after a BBW (Big Bucks Win).

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

Give me hobbled Dame and Giannis against the field

Doc pulling off the 1-3 comeback after blowing multiple 3-1 leads would be awesome and hilarious. If Giannis comes back I think we can actually pull it off.

I honestly think without one of Dame or Giannis game 6 will be insanely hard to win.

In Indy, they’re going to come out fighting, and we played a nearly perfect game all around in game 5. I haven’t seen our bench guys play 2 perfect games in a row all season.

A lot depends on Haliburton’s health too.

On this team? He's a more reliable playoff performer than 99% of the NBA.

Maybe, but the Pacers need to solve the Bucks intricate defensive scheme, and only have a day to do it. Heck, if Bobby didn't get tossed we'd had a good chance to win game 4.

I’m so freaking proud of these guys.

Patbev was sensational. Bobby was awesome on both sides within his individual matchup, and had a really nice bounce back game after settling in as the game wore on.

Khris is Khris, and he’s just been incredibly gutsy this whole series.

Pat, Beas, Brook, all had great moments.

Just a ton of heart.

Also, great defensive game plan from Doc and staff.

Bobby going from Grant Williams trade rumors to taking it to Siakam has been something to see.

BS he got tossed but Obi Toppin didn’t too.

Justifiably playing with a chip on his shoulder. But he needs to keep it going.

In his 4 full games this series, Bobby Portis is averaging 18.8 points, 12.5 rebounds, and the Bucks are +51 when he's on the court in those games. He's also been outstanding defensively on Siakam when given that assignment.

It’s been a very disappointing year. This, however, is one of my favorite Bucks wins. The bench guys couldn’t have played better. And Doc coached a helluva a game.

Also, we have figured something out against Indy. This wasn’t that undermanned win where we shoot lights out from 3. It was reliant on things that are inherently more reliable.

Paint touches from Bev that either resulted in passes to the roller after the screen, or kick outs to the perimeter. Occasionally Bev looked to attack if he had an angle.

Defensively, we were switching more actions at the top. Scram switching some for Brook. Tagging rollers and shooters. We were really active, but we just made it way more difficult for them to get open shots off simple actions.

I saw some people complaining about how we’re just matching up randomly, and Indy’s getting mismatches, but that’s the drawback of a proactive switching defense, and honestly, is great for us. If Indy attempts to attack mismatches in the post with Turner or siakam, it takes them away from what they’ve been killing us with. Gimme Turner or siakam midrange 2’s, or contested hooks, over wide open 3’s for the rest of their squad.

Indy doesn’t have the personnel to massively hunt mismatches. If they’re forced to do that more, advantage us.

So I don't really want to see him play much because of his deficiencies, but Beas found some confidence and swagger last night that he hasn't had in a month or so. He's definitely a feels chucker, and if he can chip in even a few threes, it would do wonders for this team in game 6.

Where in the world has that been all season? Again, a lot like Game 1, I didn't think we had that defensive performance in us. All of the vets contributed tonight. Most importantly, Jae with a DNP-CD. PatBev is truly the straw that stirs the drink. Crazy to think we can legitimately win this series without Giannis and Dame. Even if we don't the Pacers are going nowhere.
