The hangtime Ant gets on those fadeaways are a thing of beauty.

Tim Connelly watching both of these teams that he built go at it in the 2nd round of the playoffs. That's gotta feel good. Haslem and Edens need to go get him if he opts out of his contract.

Jokic and Murray run the P&R so well. Giannis and Dame need to get there. The big difference is that Jokic is a threat to pop, not just roll.

Last season's playoffs Jimmy Butler was Micheal Jordan's son.

This season's playoffs it is Ant-Man.

Terrific game
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It's hilarious in retrospect that Naz Reid was undrafted. Bunch of GMs outthinking themselves. He came out as a 19 year old after putting up 14/7, and had even displayed his range at that point. What a steal for Minnesota.

Rudy was in the lane there for like 10 seconds lol. Nice dagger from Edwards though.

Feels weird to not hate a Minnesota team.

Would have been weird but fun as hell to get Wisconsin vs Minnesota in an NBA Finals.

Jimmy Butler could be an interesting side story. Dude is delusional and will want the full max extension. I could see Riley trading him without warning.

It’s nice to see a throwback player like Ant in an era of endless pick n roll and three point shooting.

This TWolves team reminds me a bit of the MVP Rose Bulls except better. Both teams built on a foundation of super physical defense/rebounding, both #1 on defense and #2 in defensive rebounding in the league. Both have huge front courts comprised of a scoring big (Boozer/KAT), a dominant defensive C (Noah/Gobert), and a long/athletic two-way wing (Deng/McDaniels). And the offense is heavily dependent on generationally athletic attacking guards (Rose/Edwards) drafted #1 lol. Not a perfect comparison, but I see some similarities.

Big reason they're better imo is Ant being much bigger, a better shooter, I think he'll be more durable than Rose, and his game will continue to be more playoff resilient than Rose's.
