Also, are you happy that Ivey punched Gray in the jewels?

We both laughed about it. He hit me unusually hard. I think he was trying to take me out. :D

MILILL wrote:Charlie, I read most of your posts today. Thanks for giving us fans some first hand insight. It helps connect us and understand you all. BTW - I don't think you overreacted in the summer. I would've probably done the same..

Question about the team:

Which players have friendships outside the court with each other? Who are you closest with?

In your opinion, who on this particular team would make a great leader?

Do you need any carpentry services? I'll hook you up buddy.. :)

Thanks again!

Most guys are pretty close with each other. Most guys just hang out in their rooms on the road. Sometimes guys will get together and grab something to eat.

I really cool with everyone on the team. I don't think there is one player that I hang out with more than another. Me and Steve were pretty good friends until yall ran him off.

I plan on changing my condo a little. I will keep that in mind.

I live in Australia, and would really like to see you guys play an NBA game down here lol. We already have a few ex NBA players playing down here in the NBL. Julius Hodge, Sean Lampley and Orien Greene just to name a few.

Plus I am sure the fans would go crazy down here for Bogut. Would you personally like to play a pre-season NBA game down here in Australia? Have you ever visited here before?

Thanks Charlie!

Never been to Australia. Would love to go. Andrew told me it was nice over there. I had a lot of college teammates that have played in the league over there. They all love it.
I would be open for playing a game over there. I know we have a lot of fans over there because of Andrew.

Hey Charlie,

Thanks for being really cool and posting on here, despite people being a-holes sometimes.

What are some of your favorite things about Milwaukee?

What do you dislike about it?

Who do you like in this year's playoffs?

paul wrote:Hey Charlie. Congrats on coming back after a poor start to the season to playing some really good ball towards the end, the injury was a real shame, hope the rehabs going well. A couple of quick questions -

1. Without stating a preference which you probably don't want to do, who's your hunch on our coach for next season?

2. What did you think of Bogut's development this year, and particularly after coach came out in January and said that he'd be going to him more from then on?

3. What guys do you hang out with most on the team?

I gotta tell you we love the fact that you get on here and talk to the fans, it's really rare that a player is willing to do that in this kind of forum and we appreciate it. Good luck with the rehab.

I hear the same rumors as everyone. Just waiting to see who it will be. I think it will be soon because Hammond does not beat around the bush.

I think Andrew really improved a lot this season. He was more aggressive on both ends of the floor. Not just taking charges but blocking shots when he had to. I look forward to his continued improvement.

Hey Charlie

I'm not sure if you'll touch this question, but it's one of my biggest peeves for years with the Bucks, they are soft.

I look at three guys in particular, Mo, Redd, and Villanueva. All three guys are very skilled offensive players, but none like to play defense and overall all three are just mushy soft as players.

My question is, if any of the three or all three are back next year, do you think there is any hope whatsoever that a tough experienced defensive minded coach could get any of those three to try playing some defense, not be so soft, and actually look bothered at bit when their man is eating them alive?

I don't see any hope for those three in that regard, Villanueva is the worst defender i've ever seen, but you obviously know these guys better than i do.

On another note. I'm not going to lie. I was extremely disapointed and pissed off about this season. Not just you, the whole team. To many years in a row, seasons as a Bucks fan have been irrelevant after about 50 games. It's actually embarrasing to be a known Bucks fan. I hope next year there is a different philosophy with different players and a different work ethic in the locker room. Have fun this off season, but please come into training camp as the Charlie Bell of 2006 and not 2007.

No pizza party yet. Maybe before next season at Chuck E Cheese would be fun.

Glad to see you posting here again. Hope the knee gets better and back to full strength soon.

When I look at the Bucks I really only see a few players that are keepers. Bogut, Yi, Sessions, Mason and yourself. The rest can be moved or not as far as I am concerned. Hustle, defense, team play and chemistry must be stressed this offseason. Get Bogut a PG who he works well with is my hope. Sessions?

Take some time off, relax and heal up. But please, please, get some hard work in this offseason and come back ready for action. This season was a tough one for you and I fully understand that, but the Bell we saw in the 1st half is not the Bell we have come to expect.

If you can when you have time talk a little about the team under Sessions. Can he run this team? He seems to have a knack for getting players the ball where they need it. He seems to be a good fit, but he is a rook and it was the end of a miserable season so its hard to tell if he is for real or not.

I think Ramon did a great job of running the team. With so many offensive weapons on this team, he did a great job of getting them all the ball. He is going to be a good player in this league and someone I would keep for the long haul.

Bellmiester: I second the notion to play an exhibition game here in Melbourne, Australia. Mention it in someones ear.

Have you heard from Bogut about Australian Rules Football? I highly recommend looking at it (and adopt the Melbourne Demons as your team). Ask him about Barry Hall's punch...

Youtube the AFL my good man.

Anyway I was wondering which play style you perfer if you'd rather do run and gun or a more slow grind it out half court offense?

Also anyone in particular you would like to see the Bucks draft?

What's going on man. I think successful teams can do both. I like them both even do I favor run and gun just like most basketball players. Its more fun to play and watch. In order to run, you have to get stops on defense. Have not really thought about the draft much.

How do you feel about Hammond?

Does it make you more optimistic about the future of the franchise?

Are you willing to give out your PS3 name for online? What games do you play?

Do you know of any players that are almost "guaranteed" to be gone?

Who do you hope the Bucks draft?

flintstone42 on PS3 and cbizell on xbox. I usually play only Madden 08 right now.

Who knows who going to be here.
